Ive always loved Carvel ice cream, so this review is mainly about the location. In general, Carvel soft serve is the perfect balance of flavor and texture you can get from ice cream. This location is small, and looks more like it hasnt been updated, but thats a minor factor for an ice cream shop. The staff was friendly, though when i went it was busy, and was able to serve the customers quickly. I was disappointed that this location didnt have the chocolate/vanilla swirl, but only had one or the other. Exterior seating is minimal, so you might have to stand around on hot summer days when everyone wants some ice cream to cool off. Definitely a good experience at this location.

The lady who answered the phone on 5/20/16 is so nice and accommodating, courteous.. She assisted me so kindly with having a specialty cake made for my friends bday who loves carvel cakes. My cake was butter pecan and chocolate chip mint. Thank you for making my friend feel special by making that cake for him.
