Although my family have been a long time customers here for years here. Recently their has been a change in service. Its always a different staff(weekly). Although I ask for the shake on the menu. Its never made correctly, I have to tell them what ingredients go inside! Every coldstone has the same menu, and everyone makes the shakes the same EXCEPT this one. I was told by the staff they no longer have a drink ingredient list and have to guess what goes inside. Or their incorrectly trained by someone whom was also never taught that cake goes in the cake batter n shake. Management sucks at training staff or theyre are purposely cutting corners by omitting items and charging you the same price.

I went there with my husband after a long day at work it wasnt that crowded but there was a line of about 4 I thought to myself why is there only 1 person working only to find out that the other person was in the back on her phone the employee Andre was very helpful he got the line down with a smile the ice cream was delicious and I was satisfied keep Andre Cold Stone I have been going there for years and its very rare to get the same person twice hope to see and be serviced by him again

Horrible service. 12 people in line 1 person working, after 10 minutes in line here comes another person and 5 minutes later a 3rd person while people are still coming in. I finally placed my order, and was not told until she mixed the items together, that there was no more graham cracker crust, which pretty much makes the dish, with an all well attitude. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Not a happy customer. Will not return...

Terrible service had to wait atleast 30 minutes just to get someones attencion then another 15 minutes to get my ice cream and when this girl got to make my last order all the other ice cream was melted just to come home and find a hair in my ice cream that is disgusting the place is very dirty too. Never again will i return here it dosent even deserve a one star

I love cold stone but it irritates me at this particular branch that I have ordered 5 custom cakes from them a week or sometimes 3 days in advance, I go to pick it up and they cant find my information which means my cakes were not made. Of course they took the money out of my account and then I have to wait hours for it to get done smh

Hard to get good quality service during the day week day or weekend. The workers are either busy or in the back or on the phone. Nights are pretty good. Servers could just be a little mow friendly over the counter rather than behind the counter with each other. Other than that I love cold stone.

I go often and out of season its wonderful, service is fast and fun. in season during simmer and or if you show up after a popular movie expect some long lines. That said they do a pretty good job of serving you as fast as posdible and they are always courteous and polite.

Servers need to wash their hands between serving. What if i had a peanut allergy? Then they cash the money with the same serving hands and not wash hands afterwards. Or at least wear hairnets and gloves
