I always love Carvel. However, today I wanted a soft chocolate vanilla twist Sunday and they were out of chocolate. How does an ice cream shop run out of chocolate ice cream??

Beware. Girl scout cookie dashers were made of hard shell syrup clumped on the bottom with old cookies. Girls did NOT know how to make it- nothing like pics.
