We purchased a refrigerator in August 2016. Our salesperson at the Bridgewater store (off of the Somerville circle) was Stanislaus and he goes by the nickname of Stanley. We explained that the refrigerator was going to be moved into our garage in about six months because we were breaking ground on a kitchen renovation. Stanley advised that we should look at refrigerators that were garage ready. This meant that with a purchase of a converter kit could safely be used in the garage. We appreciated that information and when it was time to move the appliance to the garage Stanley sent a technician out to install the part at no charge which was a nice touch. In November 2016 we signed the contract with the general contractor for the renovation and started shopping for appliances. One of the top reasons we called Stanley for this was his customer service, product knowledge and his non pressure approach. He wanted us to have the best products for our needs rather than focusing in what would benefit Stanley. He truly cared and is a really nice guy as well. We spent a lot of time together and got to know one another. We ended up purchasing all professional line stainless steel products such as stand alone refrigerator, stand alone freezer, range, cooking hood, dishwasher, microwave, wall oven and trim kits for the built in cabinets. We also appreciated that after we bought a new kitchen worth of appliances he did not forget us. His customer service was excellent and he made sure that the products were delivered as scheduled and followed up on how they were working. He made sure we were aware and could take advantage of any promotions. Overall, we feel he delivered a wonderful value to us and WE came first. Terrible customer service !!! Stood in the department for 10 mins without being acknowledged . 4 guys sitting up front just talking to each other. Manager made eye contact with me but refused to get someone to help me. He started walking to the back of the store I asked if there was someone to help me. His response was "Ill get you someone in a few mins". While there were still 4 guys sitting around talking up front. I then decided to spend my money elsewhere while walking to the door thats when they decided to stop talking and get up to help. I used to buy all my appliances / Tvs from here. Over the last 10yrs Ive purchased a range , LG refrigerator, 52in Sony Bravia (9yrs ago hence why I was getting a new tv) 2 dryers, a washing machine , 2 surround systems, and a camera . Im sure Im missing some other stuff also . I will no longer be buying from there anymore !!! Just got a beautiful 4K ultra HD 70in smart TV from a competitor by Bridgewater commons. They were great to deal with. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked if I need help a soon as I walked into the department. Needless to say it was the "best buy" for the tv.

On Friday April 21st, I went to PC Richards to purchase a few items : I needed a grill and some smaller items . I only deal with Brian S, the manager, who has provided myself and my family with nothing but quality service and products for twenty years. He took me through the store, and inquired about my price range and desire for different features. It was easy I knew what I wanted. No pressure, no up-selling . Just professionalism..One Weber Grill sold I also purchased a larger than life Bose speaker made for awesome sound to broadcast by wifi music from your phone or any other device. Second painless sale completed. Third, and finally-- I purchased a FitBit. As a gift for someone I just want to thank Brian and the staff at PC Richards for their hard work, respect, and professionalism,. There is a lot more that I could say but these are the main reasons besides price and location that I shop only here in the Raritan Store. Thanks Brian!

They advertised a 48" Samsung tv for sale . I went to the showroom and was told that they ran out but expect more in a week, I paid my money and now it is week four and still no tv. I have been calling once a week for the last three weeks and it is always the same story every week, maybe Tuesday or maybe Friday it will be in. No one at the store has any idea when the tv will be at the showroom for pickup. If PC Richards gets 100 customers to pay up-front, for televisions they dont have, then it is money that they have collected accruing interest and used in their business. It is almost like a business loan, minus the banks. They say it will be shipped from Samsung to its warehouse in Long Island and then transferred to the stores from there. If you are looking for a tv, it might be smarter to pay another $50 and get it somewhere else. You live and learn.

I have done a great deal of business with this store. All of the sales staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If they cant answer your question they find out the information for you immediately. The manager, Brian is extremely helpful and has a world of knowledge about every appliance and electronic that is in the store.When Brian is not available I speak to Rich who is the other manager and and get the same knowledge and service. I have never been disappointed by any purchase that I made in that store.I used to be a builder and referred a number of people to go there. I would recommend anyone to go there. When I need electronics or appliances I dont even consider going to a competitor. I know that if I do have a problem with something there will be a person that will speak with me and try to resolve the problem.

Unbelievable customer service! I was in the market for a new refrigerator and had narrowed my search to 2 brands/6 models. Craig Hasbruck very patiently helped me compare the features and benefits of each model as we each scoured various websites to compile the relevant information. Craig has been my "go to guy" for many years, since he worked at my local, neighborhood store in Park Slope, Brooklyn. PC Richards wisely recognized what a gem they had in Craig and has since promoted him all the way to New Jersey. I will follow him wherever he goes. The combination of his vast knowledge base, integrity and PC Richards incredible customer service and 10 year replacement warranty cant be beat. If you need anything sold by PC Richards, call or visit Craig there; you cant go wrong!

WOW! will be back for everything else when the time comes! First, my sales person Peter Hyra at store # 52 in Raritan, NJ was awesome! No high pressure tactics or trying to up-sell me on higher priced items to boost his sales$$. Very nice & helpful! made a call after the sale to make sure delivery was set and make sure i didnt have any concerns with delivery times ect. A++++ Then delivery day came and they were right on time with a call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. Delivery team of Sammy # 4013 and his helper were terrific!! also very nice and helpful! Installation went without a hitch and went over all paperwork and operating instructions, ect. Wish all purchases,delivery and employees were as great as this was! A++++ Ill be back for sure! thanks again!
