Tuesday, August 22, 2017 (7:03 PM) Well, You must know... It sucks. The reason I Hate it is because the employees at the café dont accept dollar coins. Another reason is that it makes them seem racist, because it is almost like they dont want native Americans in their store, I can support my point by telling you that the dollar coin has Native American Sacagawea. Other than that, the quality is terrible. A cup there cost $1.00 + New Jersey Tax (9 cents) which is only for 1 small cup! The worst part is... THERE IS ONLY 1 SIZE!!! In conclusion, The store is terrible. I think there are tons of improvement that have to be made, Such as more cup sizes, And the rather most important thing to be improved is the currency in dollar coins. Not as crowded as other BJs locations. Generally the isles are marked with the stuff they contain. Fruits and veggies are much better as compared to costco. One thing that annoys me is that they are pushing/only carrying their own brand Wesley Farms over other popular brands for Organic milk, honey and other stuff.

For what it is its really quite good. Selection is excellent, prices are very good, and the variety of products is outstanding. Particularly in electronics where there are name brands in some items (tvs) that are 1st qualify at great prices. Having a Verizon kiosk in store is also a plus.

Very bad customer service. Especially the guy who checks the receipts at the exit. Always frowns at Indians . hes always courteous with others though. comeon BJs you got ta improve on customer service. The new Costco isnt very far.

Coming here just makes me wish there was a Costco in the area. It almost offers the same things yet I cant put my finger on it. Still, they have Nautica and other better clothing brands for men at good prices.

Great prices, name brands, samples to try, fresh baked goods , butcher and deli. They have what you need for all different occasions you can by tiers and have them put on your car as you shop

Didnt have many of the coupon items. Deli counter people let you wait while they pretend to be doing something. Front counter people not sensitive to your concerns.

This store is great. The selection of items they have is huge. I like the fact that they offer organic items and the workers at the deli are always very courteous.
