This place is unprofessional, called an hour before going to pick up my computer, was not ready for pick up, could not find the hard drive, they found two and could not tell the difference between them, because they were working on 2 different macs at the same time, then they could not find the screws. I found a large scratch on the top lid that was not there, as I had a protective cover on it since I bought it. No one took responsibility for it, apologized or tried to resolved the issue. Everytime I called for a status, Benjamin was not available. I kept being told someone would call me back. I walked out and did not pay. This place has horrible service and on top they could not even fix the issue with my laptop. 2 days later I went to geek squad, and come to find out it in fact was the wrong hard drive, so we had to drive back to get our hard drive, because we had some one elses. We trust people to repair our things, and we have important enough on there. And someone else could have ended up with our personal information, how can stuff like this not be taken more seriously. I hope no one else ever goes through this, just horrible service.

So I brought my laptop in to get fixed and they said it would be a $40 diagnostic fee even though i already told exactly what was wrong. Every time I came in they had no answers and made no progress. The guy at the front acted like I was bothering him and didnt have any answers for me. So after two weeks of getting no where I went back and instead of helping me the guy just says oh we saw your review smh (which at the time was just the star rating and no actual text) So i took my laptop back after 2 weeks and went to another place. If they couldnt fix it they could of been nice enough to just tell me so i could take it somewhere else instead of bullshitting me for 2 weeks.

Went here for a remote starter. Remote starter had begun to malfunction so after many phone calls I took the car in and waited until the employee fixed it. Two weeks later once again the remote starter is not working properly. Called left messages and no return call. I do not recommend. The only way a small business can thrive is word of mouth. Customers must be taken care! DO NOT RECOMMEND SOLELY BECAUSE OF POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOOD LUCK!

Repair Shop USA is the shop to go to if you want your phone fixed as if it just came from the manufacturer...but cheaper. I had broke my iPhone 4 times and my front screen cracked and one time was hanging off the front (Im clumsy) and they were able to fix my screen like new. They also have customizable screens so that you may have a different colored screen on your fixed phone. Remember after coming here your phone wont be refurbished it will be new again.

FRUAD!!! CON!!! Thats my experience with this business. He convinced me to give phone to repair by saying 99.9 % of the times he fixes the phone. Upon this sweat talk I gave IPhone 6 to repair. Only to told that he can NOT fix the phone and on the top I had to pay diagnostic fee. It is better to pay little extra and go direct to manufacture for any repair.

EXCELLENT....went there today to get some help with a 95% complete pc i built myself....couldnt figure out the last few steps...they finished it off perfectly, quickly and couldnt beat the price. I highly recommend and will be certain to return myself.

Went to repair a laptop with display hinge issue. Replaced the bottom cover and wifi antenna, a new display hinge etc. 5 months later [hardly used it in these 5 months], the display hinge broke broken, wifi connecting issues. .Not Good
