LONG STORY SHORT: Just order online. Its much more easier and less confusing that way. First off, I like Best Buys in general, so that contributes to my rating. This store experience was alright. When I walked in, there was a group of three employees just standing in an aisle talking. I walked in and there were no other people around. No greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. Not that I expect one from a major retail store, but there was an opportunity for a greeting that wouldve seriously made me feel better as a customer. Its nice that they have a mini Apple-store-esque section with its own representative/salesperson, who asked us if we needed any help. One thing I like about Best Buy is that they have at least a few headphones to try on and listen to, and you can even plug some of them into your own phone to listen to your own content. Competitors like Staples (honestly not much competition at all) have no headphones to try on and no Apple computers. However, the selection of headphones brands is not that great, as there were only JBLs, Sonys, Skullcandys, Bose, and two or three smaller brands. Overall, nice place to look around and ask questions. Buying a MacBook Pro here is a bit annoying. The Apple representative they usually have at the Apple mini-store was not there, so I had to track down a Best Buy employee helping out three families at the Dell/HP/other PC manufacturers section. The store representative was nice but Best Buy is very disorganized. A coupon that didnt work online worked in store, but there was some confusion between the employees about it working or not. They also didnt ask if I had a myBestBuy account and asked me to sign up so we had to go back. Even after we gave our email, the account couldnt be found. I just also checked myBestBuy account, and guess what, our credit for purchasing a $1200 item was not there (supposed to be $1 Best Buy credit for each $100 you spend at the store). Another thing I just found out was that the internet security software that is included with the MacBook Pro if you buy it online is not included with the store purchase. Ugh. Next, I wanted to apply for a Best Buy Visa, so we had to call someone on the phone and I had to stand there and talk to the other guy on the phone. Overall, it was an ok experience but it just seemed like Best Buy is a very disorganized major business -- I had problems with their online website and thought it would be easier and simpler to go in-store -- I wouldnt say that in-store was any more efficient.

I went in once to get a simple pair of Apple earphones and could not find them because they had one aisle blocked off because of repairs to the hangers. I picked up some bootleg version instead because the apple case was blocked off by the repairmen. The two cashiers said something about these being the bootleg or fake earphones and they smirked together as if I couldnt be told directly that these arent good headphones! I then told them I didnt want them since they had so rudely denounced the product that I was about to buy! I finally snapped and said they could go back and find me the real apple headphones. Of course they didnt because they were busy ..Finally I had to go on a scavenger hunt and get them from the hands of a repairman. Youre given a fake greet then treated with zero care. This place, alongside the next door target, is sickening. The employees have no decency or politeness. Arrogant trash with huge egos.

Horrible! Went in and purchased samsung tablet A. In hindsight i realize the associate failed to thoroughly check the other store/site that was sending my item...he charged my account, $taken out, only to get an email saying unavailable everywhere. Called 888 best buy and my only option is to get a refund. This will take 3 to 5 days, so now i cannot even go to another place of business to get the tablet because I need to wait on Best Buy. I was put on hold for long periods of time and then the call disconnected. I was given a refund and a $10 gift card for my trouble. Nice, i will be sure to put that under the tree with a note that says this was gonna be a tablet but hey heres a 10 buck gift card instead.

Be careful with some probably dishonest employee on gift card purchase. Brought 6x$25 gift card to check out. The cashier scanned all without any issue. But when I tried to swipe my card, she typed something and one card is void. She said the card is bad and grabbed another one. Then she rescanned all cards. It looks suspicious that she kept all cards behind the screen throughout the checkout process. I checked the last four digit of each card on the receipt. One doesnt match. Apparently she gave me the "bad" card and kept the good one behind the monitor. Asked to cancel the transaction.

Ive been looking for the iphone 4S for weeks, and had it preordered at another store. I called here to see if they happened to have one and they did! They were nice enough to hold it while I drove in (which they normally cant do) and the mobile phone associate, Travoy was MORE than helpful. He put my screen protector on for me (which would have taken me FOREVER) and my case, then took the time to show me the features, as Im new to iphones from being a droid user. He was very friendly and nice and it was a pleasure doing business with him and this store!

I have visited this location on several occasions and each time was a wonderful experience. The store is well kept and very clean. I am always greeted with a smile and truly amazed at the customer service. Not only is the staff helpful but they are knowledgeable in their products and service. Hospitality is something I expect at a hotel or restaurant, not a store. But Best Buy Vauxhall is clearly the exception. Great Job!

Took my father to Best Buy to pick up a laptop for my mother and hopefully convince him to consider purchasing a brand other than Apple. We had the great fortune of having Dominique assist us and we were more than impressed. She answered all of our questions with incredible detail and accuracy and managed to sell my father on a beautiful HP. Knowledgeable, courteous and extremely patient. Dominique is the best.

The staff was rude especially the girl at returns. I spent over an hour trying to get a problem solved and she even gathered a group of african americans by the exit. She said I have something against her. She was unprofessional and had a really bad attitude. No knowledge and took things personal. Im just a consumer, horrible experience at this store.

I think I have a better experience in Best Buy than other people because I know what I need before I walk in the door. Dont rely on the sales people to know what they are talking about. If you want to talk someones ear off about tech and what you need, go to Microcenter in Paterson. It is worth the drive.

The Best Buy Of Vauxhall is a small store that is located on NJ-124 and of of Interstate 78, I came here on Thanksgiving 2016 after my aunts thanksgiving party ended and this store is not far from here house. Selection is small but I could find what I was looking for. I will be back soon.
