Got my 6s plus screen repaired, the time they took to repair it was quick. But the screens they use are cheap, really really really cheap. I noticed the difference the second I turned it back on. And after going back to get my old screen protector back,(because it was a zagg)I asked him if he was going to throw the old screen away and he said yes, so I asked him if I can have it and he gave it to me.. after putting the pos one he put on side by side with my old cracked one.. it was shorter than the original one.. very disappointed! Worth the extra 40 bucks to go to Apple 100%.. dont even consider this thing an Apple anymore

Not even a week into having my iPhone 6s Plus the tip of my brand new apple headphones broke off in the headphone jack. I had gone to AT&T as well as Apple. AT&T brushed me off and told me to go to Apple and Apple told me this was considered "accidental damage" and that they had no way of fixing it. My only option was to buy a new phone for $329 because I didnt have AppleCare.I brought in my iPhone in to Red Fusion as a last hope, and within a minute or two they had pulled the piece out. Didnt charge! The customer service is great! Highly recommend!

if i can somehow get a half of one star on this i would Dont ever go to Red Fusion in the Hamilton mall to get.a cell phone fix .. I came in to get my galaxy s6 edge screen fix... yes. The screen got fix but when they put the new cellphone frame on they screwed my wiring in my phone ....it now stays on for 45 seconds and turns off and restarts on again and again stays on for 45 seconds and repet again...

I came to get my iPhone battery replaced and they did a great job. It only cost $30, they guaranteed it, or they would restore my phone to its previous condition and give me a full refund. They did it while I waited, and it only took 20 minutes. Love these guys!!

well i cracked my i pad they fixed it but then my home button broke then my screen went funky half of my screen is black. they were very in professional didnt like it i wouldn"t go back
