Customer service is over worked and very rude and unprofessional. In the past year I have had my wallet stolen from this store twice once myself once my husband. There are a lot of shady people in the parking lot begging for money and very shady. The customer service is the worst, they are the most unprofessional bunch of employees I have ever seen. No matter what part of the store you are in no one wants to help you and if you ask a question they act as if you bother them and will not go out of their way to help you. Many items on the shelfs are open and missing parts and you have to be careful when you buy something that you get what you paid for. The head of customer service use profanity and openly complained how she was not paid enough for her job and over worked and loud and rude. I am sick of the attitude of the store. People should be thankful to have a job, and if they dont like the job they should leave it and let someone who want to work and appreciates having a job have it not berate and take it out on the customers. Very Very rude and unprofessional thugs work at this store, it is a shame. A giant such as Walmart hires people that dont give a crap about the customers, you pretty much on your own and you best not to go in with a money or a wallet. Thank God I had not money in my wallet and spent hours canceling cards. I dont think I will be going back to this Walmart it is so close to home and convient but not worth the abuse the dishonestly that comes with it. There is not one customer service rep I have spoken to that has been kind or helpful and I have shopped there for years, they are just plain rude and very unhelpful. Not one dept. in this store has nice people, everyone acts like they are doing you a favor and are so unfriendly and rude and make you feel like you are bothering them.

I hate the place now. I curiously went to the fish isle to look at their fishes to make me feel better because recently, my fish had passed from a disease. I saw the fishes, the habitat that they had was horrible. Some were over crowded. There were DEAD fish bodies just laying around, some of them have been dead so long theyve turned white and fuzzy. It is obvious that they havent been fed in a while, and their tanks havent been cleaned, plus there are no bubbles for them to provide oxygen. How do they think it makes other people feel to see dead fish everywhere that had been starved to DEATH?!?!!? In one of the tanks the fishes have been INFESTED with ICK, if you dont know what ick is, its a PARASITE that kills fish due to stress, and lack of care.When people like PETA read this I really do hope they shut, ban, and sue this Walmart for what they have done.No fish should be in that place. I hope the worker comes back as the fish that have died in the harsh conditions. The fishes I saw were ready to die, they couldnt take it anymore. My fish have died due to a uncontrollable disease and it hurts to see other fish suffer like that, so I cried because I couldnt take it anymore, they were hurt,and Walmart doesnt even care if they die or not because they are HEARTLESS losers.Whoever was supposed to take "care" of them did the worst job Ive ever seen, just to let you know whoever you are, Hell has a special place for you.

This is the worse Walmart ever. Staff ignores customers to talk among themselves, or acts very annoyed if you ask for help - let alone make eye contact with you. Extremely long check-out lines - dont think you can walk in to pick a needed item up quickly on your way home. Possible explanation that the staff is so horrible is because they are under-staffed - seems that there are never enough cashiers, and pharmacy department check out line is often 20+ minutes and continues into the main aisle. Youre lucky if the item youre shopping for has the price listed, or in the correct place so you can identify the price. I tried the auto department a few times unsuccessfully - called first to order tires. They said they were in stock and to come in. Came in, waited 20 minutes in line to be seen just to have them tell me that the tires were not there and to come back in a week because they would order them. Came back the following week AFTER calling first - same story. Short story - I came in 3xs - finally to be told that they are in the computer, but that an employee probably stole them so thats why it shows as listed in stock. - thats my answer? They did nothing to fix it.

Spent over 5 hours after i paid for tires and they never got done , i went in early picked out 4 tires paid for them came back with van and waited , only to find out 5 or so hours later they could not get 2 lug nuts off to do a tire rotation ????? the guy doing the job did not even know he was going to put tires on. NOW the shop i took my van to got the lugs off with no problems but it cost me 107 dollars to mount the tires . I lost a days work and it cost me 100 bucks more then it should have . the manager gave me a 20 dollar gift card BIG WOOP they said they were so busy and backed up but watching them work was a joke , guess ya get what ya pay for .

If you need service done on your car, do not go here! Called to find out if I needed an appointment to get two tires mounted and balanced, and the lady says we are open 7am-7pm, and hangs up? Called back to get an answer, and she acted like I was trying to bother her. Wow. I go in at noon, Saturday, knowing that it will be a while, and Im told it will be 2-3 hours. At around 1:30, I stop back by to make a purchase and see if its possible things are moving more quickly than expected, and Im told there are 3 cars ahead of me. At 4:15 I come back, and am told that there are still 2 cars ahead of me. I left, and I wont be back.

It was a weekend and I was in the area to play some D&D with a few friends and something that takes 10+ hours to play requires a nice size snack run. As I wandered looking for some junk food I accidentally bumped into an employee and apologized profusely due to me being a very timid person and instead of shrugging it off and saying "its alright" or "it was an accident no big deal" she decided to have the biggest attitude with me as if everything I ever did up to that point was a mistake. Worst customer service associate I ever met. She does not belong to be in social contact with anyone.

Besides always being out of stock for just about everything the people that answer the phone are RUDE! Spent 20 minutes on the phone just trying to ask a simple question and they kept transferring me to customer service, where no one answers. After a couple of minutes of ringing they again transferred me to customer service where big surprise no one answered. After the 6th time I told her no one was answering and was told in a very rude tone "well maybe theyre busy" before yet again being transferred. I just wanted to find out if the bag that I mistakenly left behind was turned in.
