In our defense we have been having phone issues all the time including people calling and hanging up the phones take note our store hours did change and if you call anytime after 8 we arent at the store. We have a new staff as well.

any time ive come to this sallys, the staff are always helpful and most seem to have a background in hair. they make the experience super easy and give me loads of information on things like dye, bleaches, brands, damage, etc
