Horrible place, the owners walk around looking at customers like criminals. You pay with your debit or credit card and the owner keeps on staring at your ID for a prolonged period of time like no ones ever used a card to pay them. I used to come her quite frequently but will not be going back. I tried to exchange a sealed hair serum that i bought the day before for another hair serum and they completely denied my exchange with no exception despite their receipt specifying that exchanges could be made within 3 days with the exception of wigs and jewelry. How sloppy can they be, if you are not going to accept exchanges for sealed hair products then specify that. Disgusting.

Wigs are expensive and a rip off. Better to buy online, no exchanges offered once you leave the store. Wouldnt be back here again!
