When this store first opened, I loved it. I wont buy anything from there. The people in their customer service department are horrible. They treat you like a criminal and act as though they are doing you a big favor just by gracing you with their presence. Try getting them to work with you when you buy something that is a piece of crap. I bought a computer for my son and had to return it ONE DAY after the 2 year warranty - I travel for work and was unable to get their sooner. They would not service it. I threw it away. I bought a wireless router that was crap. It was after 30 days they would not take it back - after 30 days when it stopped working. Their service towards customers is horrendous and I have shared my stories with several friends/co-workes and they all have their own bad experiences with this store. On the other hand PC RIchards rocks! I have bought new appliances, computers, etc. from them for the past year and you could not ask for better customer service. Lets hope they dont get arrogant and begin to think they have the consumer at their mercy like Best Buy does.

The worse store that you can possibly visit. Instead of working with you they look for any reason to screw you. I was told at another store that I had until Jan 16 to return an item (only $20) and this store said only till Jan 15. So they stole my 20. The manager was an ignorant idiot acting like she holds a PHD. If she is so smart why is she at Best Buy. She looked for every reason to take my money including that my BB credit card was old and I needed a new one. Well lady, my card works at every other BB including this dump. Do yourself a favor and go to another BB store. This store has a maniac manager that cant face the fact that she is a looser and will take it out on the customers. Enjoy my 20 bucks BB, I will buy from another place going forward. I see from many other reviews the same experience. I should of looked at that first !

If you are buying in this store DO YOUR HOMEWORK. DO NOT ASK any sales associate, they are not trained. I was fooled to buy a LED TV 10 days before the blackfriday giving an assurance that I will get a price match for the TV for 30 days and it will cover BlackFriday deals too. I was convinced to buy a LED TV at 1399, although I talked to two associates and asked if I should wait until Black Friday when it is priced 500$ less than that price. They told me I would certainly get a price match. On Black Friday night I stood in line at 12am for almost 2 hours just in hopes to get a price match while that model is still in stock only to be told that is not possible, I got a chance to talk to supervisor for a minute..he just dismissed me and literally told me it was my mistake to buy it. All said and done I feel I was made a FOOL.

I just wanted to express my great customer service experience that I experienced tonight. Jonathan (from the Princeton, NJ location) helped us tremendously tonight. We had problems with PC Richard & Sons so we went into Best Buy tonight pretty upset. We looked at TVs and picked one out buy Jonathan recommended a different TV which he said was a lot better and showed us the reasons why and customer experiences. After having a lot of mistrust and problems with PC Richard & Sons we were a little skeptical with this purchase. We asked him the same questions repeatedly just to make sure we were getting what we wanted and the same day. We were in and out of there so quick! His customer service was amazing and he was very friendly! He was very knowledgable and knew his information. I grateful for such an awesome experience.

They have most everything that you need at somewhat reasonable prices. The staff isnt too clingy in general and they generally try to help you. The problem I have with this Best Buy location is that their phone service is terrible. I live 25 minutes away from the store and like to call ahead to make sure the product that I would like to purchase is in stock and available. Whenever I try to call to verify, I can never get anyone on the phone. Once I press 3 to speak to a real live person, thats it. My call goes into a black hole and it rings.....and rings....and rings. I have let it ring for 5 minutes straight before just to see if anyone would pick up. Nope. Unfortunately the circuit city across the street is much worse or they would get all of my business.

I have been on hold for 1/2 hour on 2 lines...2 LINES!! Someone picks up and then puts me on hold. I have yet to speak to a real person. I have a question about an item and plan to spend quite a bit of money but this is ridiculous. No operator, no person, no one has picked up this phone on 2 lines!! I have been told that there is one person ahead of me.... but 1/2 hour they are dealing with one person for 1/2 hour? I have heard the bad reports during the "normal year" and even though I am calling on Dec 1, there should be enough knowledgeable people to field a phone call. I had 3 simple questions that could not be easily answered via the web site. Taking my business elsewhere. SMH and shame on you Best Buy. Get some better holiday help.

I had an extremely bad experience with the Supervisor named Dough. I asked him a question related to price match and he was so annoyed and started yelling at me and ultimately told me to leave the store. I was so embarrassed in front of my son and my husband . I kept asking him what was the reason of him getting so angry and he said that he is the store manager and does not want to sell anything to me. I had only asked questions related to Best Buy policy around price match of a product and he did not seem to like that. I was escorted out of the store and was told to leave . I wish some one can help Best Buy Supervisor "Dough" behave well with people around him especially the customers.

So I buy an iPad2 for $699 for my daughter and paid cash. After reading a manual online that said you could not play movies without converting to Apples format I decided to return it because I have hundreds of movies already in AVI format. However, I did not open the box at all. When I tried to return it 3 days later, they told me that they do not refund more than $500 cash and would have to send me a check for the difference. I NEEDED THE MONEY RIGHT THEN TO BUY CHRISTMAS PRESENTS AND THE CHECK WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS AT LEAST TO PROCESS. What did I learn? To buy my big ticket items elsewhere. There are reasons they just announced closing over 100 stores nationwide.

This best buy is one of the best I have ever been too. People know there stuff and everyone is nice. But very fair on what they do. They price match a lot of stores and they will even help you find the best deal out there within rules. The geeksquad is they best I have been too. They are the most easy going people their manager Dom is always very nice and always lends a helping hand. Every time i go their everyone is eager to lend a helping hand. They will teach you why your computer is doing the things they do. If they dont know the answer they try to find one. They are like doctors on in the computer. Very helpful. Everyone here wants to help.
