Went in to get some photocopies. The person working in the copy area had her back to the counter and was listening to music on her headphones. After a few minutes she came over to the counter and for five minutes did not acknowledge my presence. Not even a "Hi Ill be with you in a minute". She kept messing around with the wire to her headset (apparently changing the song) and shuffling through some papers. I went to the UPS Store across the street, wont go back to Staples.

A dark dingy store thats depressing to be in. The light meter in my phone measured 29 fc in many aisles. Some of the dimmest areas are as low as 13 fc. Color temp was over 4000. Prices went up too. This was once a bright cheerful friendly store but not anymore. With each renovation it got worse but this is by far the worst yet. Even though I live close by I wont be shopping here much anymore.

Given wrong information by Staples employee at this store. Told us we can use unlimited gift cards for a single purchase which was incorrect. They only allow 5 gift cards per purchase. It is important employees give customers the correct info!

I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to purchase a filing cabinet. Id seen two Red Shirts (Customer Service Reps.) but, they ignored me! I guess Office Depot wants the business??? Im very Disappointed!
