Dave with HT Install is professional and a perfectionist! Starting from the time that I called him, to the time that we completed the in home survey, all the way through install, it was a pleasure dealing with him. I shopped around a bit and was on a budget, but I spent just a little more for a professional experience, (well worth it)! I liked that he gave suggestions on not just what we should do with the install but also on the additional items that I needed in order to get the desired sound and look I was hoping for. Dave was not pushy, was up front with all costs and needs breaking it down in a concise manor showing "needs" vs. "wants". We had a somewhat tricky install over a fireplace, running wires through the walls feeding around studs and into a basement and then into a hallway closet for components, etc. His work is very clean and on point. He also hooked up a universal remote to operate everything. I am very happy with the final results and am already thinking of hiring Dave again for some additional work on exterior speakers and security monitoring, etc. I still have a few questions for Dave regarding my remote control and optimizing my sound, but I know he will take my call and try to assist even after the job was completed... If you want it done right... give HT Install a call.

Worst service ever! Vendor provided one quote (never came on site to do a proper onsite assessment) then after a deposit was provided he provided a revised quote. Then a couple of days before our installation date he changed the price again. We could not understand why they didnt ask all the appropriate questions for the first quote. At this point we told him that without a proper onsite assessment we did not feel comfortable moving forwarded and wanted our deposit back. He refused to provide our deposit!! We are disputing this with our credit card company. We have NEVER worked with a vendor who was so unreasonable. DO NOT USE!

HT Install NJ recently installed a full home theater in our basement complete with hidden components, a projector & surround sound setup. The projector screen is recessed in the ceiling and looks amazing. To me it seemed like a very tough job however these guys got it done and I could not be happier with the results. They were a little more expensive then my contractor had priced out however worth every penny when I saw the results. Dave was very responsive to my emails and knowledgeable with any questions we threw at him. Couldnt be happier. Will be recommending them to friends and family for sure!

HT Install is Second to None in its expertise and its follow up service. Earlier this year we engaged them to instal new as well as rearrange existing TVs, DVRs and connect them to our surround sound system. The work was carried out promptly and within estimated costs. Furthermore - on our request - the system now operates from a single universal remote. Given our lack our knowhow in this area we naturally had several follow up questions and HT Install continued to respond even weeks after the job had been completed. Great work! Exceptional customer support!

HT Install has mounted 2 TVs at my house in the past year. This time Dave and his team also installed a binding plate and calibrated a new Marantz receiver. Dave is always on time and takes care to explain exactly what will be completed for the job. The best part about Dave and his team is that they give you advice. We recently had a room added to our home and Dave installed a TV and surround sound, all completely wireless. The work was done professionally and very neatly. Dave was on time and very courteous. The price was right! We had previously gotten a quote from one of the big box stores, and Daves price came in at less than half the price. Dave and team installed my HT media room including projector and screen mounting/installation, 5.1 speaker installation (wiring), equipment install/setup and LED display mounting. The job was complicated because of ducts/vents/pipes running through the middle of my drop down ceiling. They did an awesome job. Very efficient, clean and professional. These guys worked quickly and efficiently and were extremely neat! The overall installation came out better than we could have imagined. Couldnt Be happier with HT Install. Professional, Courteous and Responsive. The TV looks great where they installed it. Wire Free! They even recommended not going with a more expensive option of mounting above our Fireplace b/c it would be too intrusive. Would recommend these guys without hesitation if you are looking for a clean, nice looking way to mount your TV.
