Rather poor Gamestop, had to return games to them before. Never had issues with returns, but a store should never tamper with the product. They take the disks out to avoid people from stealing them (or so I assume), but for PC games since the seal is broken, a couple times the manuals (which are required to activate the game) have been missing. They close at six on Sundays, from what I remember. They also have a rating of "F" on the BBB. Buy from one of the other local Gamestops if you must buy from a Gamestop.

Im not a fan of gamestops for their lack of good employees, crowded spaces, and them constently bothering you to purchase their card or preorder or something. This gamestop however (maybe due to the fact it used to be EBgames or something) has extremely good service. All of the employees, in my experience there, seem to know what they are talking about be it a title, console or hardware. (The manager is also awesome.) ;3

Purchased a pre-owned game. Didnt work. Returned it, was given a new one. Didnt work again. Was given store credit for my inconvenience. Put it towards new controller and game of lesser value. Quality service, and no hassle. Appreciate it.

I hate how they offer so little for games and systems then turn it around an make more money then they offered you for it...like i sold them 8 games and got 6.50 I bet they will turn around and make $15/$20 each game
