Gamestop is terrible. I went in for the $160 cash deal to trade in ps4. Well, because it is used they automatically took off 50 dollars. Then they made me pay for their hdmi even though I handed one in, they said it was not gamestop certified. They charged me $18.00. In the end they said they could give me $80 for the ps4. I told them about the deal and he said $160 if the ps4 was never used. They could have said it in in their website. After my encounter, I met a guy in their parking lot who was going in to buy a ps4, so I sold him mine for $200. So not only did I get more money but I took what would have been profit on a sale for them. Screw around with customers and in the end your company will fail.

WILL NEVER go to this store again , I tried trading in my Xbox 360 console with everything except the controller and they refused to buy it ... Even though they sell controllers in the store , I also went to trade in my 120 gigabyte hard drive for my 360 (which are $100 brand new) and they offered me $8.99 for it , I then looked at theyre pre owned display and the same hard drive I tried giving them was on display for $80 dollars . This completely turned me off from a store I used to love and frequent . I suggest nobody go there to trade in anything !

Its 11am on a 01/04/17 and its not open...... listed hours are 10am open time...... there is a line of people waiting to get in. Not sure if this is how you run a business. I have also watched people try the door and leave. Money is going elsewhere. Drop the ball much?

Pretty Great except the PSN cards werent working for me. I had to go to Gamestop and keep trading in my bad ones for more bad ones LOL. So Im going today because they said they have a new batch of cards.

Great Customer Service and always friendly. Best game stop in southern Jersey in my opinion. Also reasonable with trade ins!
