If I can mark it with negative stars i would simply from the horrible from hell delivery experience. Store delivery team and store are both incompetent and like to point figures and not take responsibility. I had a delivery team show up and complain they cant make it up the driveway (mind you I had a tractor up my driveway to replace my propane tank 2 days ago with no problem. The delivery guys and company are no help as they are an outsourced company. All they do is make excuses and nothing is their problem. You cant even complain to corporate as they dont use corporate for delivery so you have to call the store to complain and when you do they say its not their problem and deal with their incompetent delivery company. I asked for my delivery fee back explaining they can fix the problem today or they completed wasted my time and the "manager on duty" filling in for the store manage did not comprehend why I was so angry. Mind you the delivery drivers called me at 12PM to say he would be here in 45 - 60 mins but then didnt show up until 15 mins past the quoted delivery time of 1:30PM. THey made me waste an extra hour and half of my day then I was told it was not their problem that they misinformed me. Ridiculous. Why offer delivery when no one knows how to handle delivery problems. Youd be better off not offering delivery and just telling people to hire someone on their own or just use SEARS delivery. After listening to over 10 minutes of excuses back and forth from delivery company and Sears outlet store and another 10 minutes of arguing with them on the piss poor customer service and delivery process and wasting 30 minutes of my time trying to get the delivery in I was finally able to get them to process my return. Just ridiculous headaches that was not needed during delivery after a week wait. Sad as the store itself is clean and well maintained and there are some very nice associated in the store itself.

We stop in from time to time just to peruse. This time we came across a new induction range. Weve been in the market for a new one bc our old one was on its way out. We had been checking sales and hadnt found anything we really liked. We inspected this one thoroughly and it truly was in perfect condition. It had been a floor model. This range had exactly what we were looking for and the price was right! Our sales manager Robyn was a great help as well! Allowed us to fully inspect the unit. And she made sure we got the best possible deal for it! We truly enjoyed working with her. We are so glad we decided to with them on this purchase. Also, I highly recommend purchasing their extended warranty. I know most people think that the salespeople are just pushing it but I have 1st hand experience with it and it was worth every penny. This is the second time weve purchased from this store. Last item, a Samsung microwave, was an absolute nightmare! Kept catching fire but bc we had the extended warranty with sears it was always fixed. We eventually got rid of that unit, not bc if sears - they stood by their warranty and did the work. Problem was Samsung and they now have a recall on that unit ...shocker!!!

I used my new dishwasher for the first time and was left with murky brown water at the bottom. The store manager, Paul, has been wonderfully calm and is taking care of an exchange of the appliance. Our salesman, also named Paul. has been wonderful and we have purchased a refrigerator and range from him with no problems. It appears that the problem lies with the corporate structure and someone high up the food chain needs to be replaced. Upper management needs to be replaced. It is unfair to tar the very fine store personnel with the same brush by which the corporation is judged.. The men who sit in the board room need to be ousted and let the excellent store staff do what they do best - help their customers.

Bought a dryer and brought it home. I was told it was new (not in box). After an electrician put in a 220 line and hooked up dryer, the dryer didnt work at all. After looking further into the barrel and turned it...it wasnt turning correctly and the interior vent was not on correctly (loose) plus with no power to work...I chose not to have it serviced as one of the options. After all the frustration of bringing it back.....I did get my money back; hence the extra star. I had no confidence with other dryers they sold. Dents, dirty on the back of dryer. Price of $350 wasnt worth the effort.

Switching to Sears Outlet store today, which means scratch and dent merchandise. Went to buy a thermostat and they stamped "No returns" on it. When i asked why, they said they are no longer carrying these items in the outlet store and you cant return it. Not even to another Sears apparently. I did get 20% off, but i would carefully consider what you are purchasing before buying it.

I got a drier for half price just because it had a dent in it. Prices are cheaper on the website but they will honor the online price in store if you ask. Delivery and installation fees are overpriced so bring a truck and a friend.

If youre a mechanically inclined person, this is the place to be. They have a huge stock of Craftsman tools as well as a ton of outdoor equipment.
