I would give them 0 stars if I could. I am a local resident. My son had his engagement ring shipped to me after he purchased it from an antique shop in Seattle. The most reputable antique shop in Seattle. He lives in Seattle. I convinced him to have a local jeweler verify it was the stone he paid for because it was shipped to my house after he purchased it . We went to Morse. Dont know who the obnoxious man we talked to was. I explained to him the ring was shipped and we wanted to verify the diamond in the ring was the diamond on the appraisal. First the man declined to offer his opinion. Then I told him we wouldnt hold him to his opinion. I opened the ring box. He immediately, rudely and disrespectfully, responded that the ring was yellow, old, and worthless. Statibg he wouldnt pay anything for the ring. And stated to return the ring. My son leaves Sunday for Maine to propose to his long time girl friend. This rude man Never looked at the appraisal. Was extremely insulting. My son spent 11.5k (2 carat center stone). for this ring and was fully aware of the color grading of the ring. The man was Extremely abrasive and rude. My son walked out of the store. I stayed back to inform him his was out of line and he just crushed my son by his rude and ignorant opinion. He yelled back. You shouldnt buy rings off the Internet. My son bought the stone in a reputable antique shop in downtown Seattle and purposely bought an antique ring because that is what his girlfriend requested, fully aware that antique rings are valued less and finding an antique colorless ring is rare. . The ring is almost 100 years old and my son was fully aware of the color grade of the diamond (m, VSI2).the certified appraisal was 14k. Appraisal from NAJA. Glia certified His girlfriend is going to love this beautiful ring regardless of the faint yellow tint. The ring is not perfect and he was fully aware he didnt purchase a perfect colorless ring. . He wanted a unique antique ring and thats exactly what this ring was. Fortunately. My son was confident in his purchased and I was more upset than him. We only there to make sure the stone was the one he bought. I, being a momma bear, wanted to make sure he received what he paid for. Imagine this, MR Obnoxius, unprofessional, and tactless man. You just made the biggest purchase of your life and preparing to ask your future wife to marry, then a rude, obnoxious, ignorant man tells you the ring you bought it is not worth a penny. FYI. No 2 carat diamond, regardless of the color grade is worthless. I should of walked out behind my son the minute you said that. You make me wonder what is wrong with mean cruel people like you. I will pray for you. Please do your research on antique rings as outlined about. You were 100% wrong with opinion of the ring. Fortunately my son knew you were ignorant and uneducated Future customers. Beware and be prepared to be humiliated in this store

Absolute worst customer service experience I have had in months. I went in to get a watch refitted and when I got there there was a line and he told me Id have to come back for it. I am not from the area and needed to wait for it to be done so I told him I would wait for the store to be less busy. After I was the only customer left in the store I asked him if I could wait for it to be done and he finally agreed but was very rude about it. He complained that the watch links were difficult to take out but finally he got it done. When he rang me up he charged me three times what he should have. He charged me $20 to take out TWO CHAIN LINKS. I questioned him about it and he was very rude and said that I had to pay since he already did it. THEN when I got it back in my car I saw a few scrapes and scratches by a few of the links. Overall, my experience was absolutely terrible at best

The business is top notch. I brought in my watch for a band adjustment. The service provided was beyond excellent. The band was adjusted while I waited, done in a professional manner and the cost was more than reasonable. I highly recommend these true professionals and their business.

I went in to get a battery for my watch today! The two gentlemen that were there were both kind and knowledgeable. The price was awesome for the service I received. He even set the time and date for me without me even asking! I am a very happy customer!!

Honestly, businesses like Morse Jewelers are a dying breed. It was a great pleasure doing business. Heres a fact: William J. Morse is considered the father of modern soybean agriculture in America. A proud Morse family fact.
