My first time at Jareds was when I was shopping around for engagement rings and David- the asst. store manager helped us through the whole process. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable. The ring that I was looking at was only through online and David ordered the ring for me. The day that David called- I went inside the store with my fiance. He told my fiance that I went inside the store before the call and told them to charge it on my Jareds credit card to purchase the engagement ring. Who buys their engagement ring by themselves and tell your fiance to pay it back? David just bagged the ring and told us to have a nice day. It was a very unpleasant and dirty feeling when I left the store. My fiance and I was very displeased with the customer service that we received. We went the next day and returned the ring. Few months passed by and my fiance and I got married. I returned to the store and wanted to change my name on my card. However I stood there for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence while they are constantly walking by me and staring at me while they were talking on the phone. I work in retail but not acknowledging for 15minutes is ridiculous. I hate this store and all the people who work there. Never AGAIN with this experience. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!~!

A half star isnt possible I went to Jared today to price and engagement ring for my girlfriend. First they didnt even see me come in, then the first sales lady once I told her my budget lost interest, the 1st gentleman helped me as best as he could till the manager stopped him. I sat and talked with the guy for a while. Till he started helping people who came in to pick up items they were having cleaned. I got up started walking around and looking at things again. The manager called the guy over and told him to hang out with him, the manager finished helping a couple who walked in after me, then went over their receipt in more detail then a doctor goes over a colonoscopy. Then he small talked with the guy who was helping me and then goes and helps a girl who walked in 10 minutes after me who was looking for earrings. So I left after being ignored for 15 minutes. I called corporate and was apologized to and was forwarded to the district managers voicemail. Well see how he handles it, but chances are I wont be back.

Ive shopped here quite a few times and have always had a wonderful experience. I think these bad reviews may be from employees who dont work there anymore... at any rate, my wife always loves the jewelry I buy her there! The Assistant Manager was especially helpful, she knew exactly the perfect surprise to buy! There are always customers who expect huge discounts because their friends lied to them and said they got amazing deals... if you want a discount, go to Walmart, Jareds may be a little too classy for you ;) Excellent store... Ill definitely be going back.

Me and my husband had been shopping in this store for our wedding bands about 3 years ago, we found what we want and the lady who helped us out found the perfect size gorgeous wedding bands for us, the shopping experience was great and smooth. Since then this is my favorite jewelry store! The personel is friendly and polite, they always make me feel welcomed, and they understand what I want. Recently I ordered customized ring and I absolutely love it!

The service here is phenomenal they do everything but roll out a red carpet make u feel as if your family soon as u walk thru the door an its not just one stand out associate they seem like clones they all step on the same beat and truly understand what customer service is an Ive been many places an, u have to beg them to show you a piece of jewelry unless u look like u have bags of

Went to Jared to have a ring reshaped. Jared quoted $27.50 to reshape and $50.00 to reshape and clean. They also said it would be 6 days, Friday to Wednesday, to finish the work. Since I am traveling and leaving town on Sunday. I elected to not have the work done at Jared. I then went across to street to Zales who fixed the ring while I waited at no charge. Wont go back to this Jared any time soon.

This is the worst store! Do yourself a favor and go to Willow Grove. The store in Oxford Valley is filled with rude people. The workers are arrogant and unaware of how the store runs. One employee will tell you one thing and another will tell you something different. What a joke and waste of time!

The costumer service was amazing! Joe was the attendant that was helping me, and he was a please he got my ring fixed in a matter matter of minutes. Excellent service I recommend this specific Jared to anyone.
