Gentleman, you owe it to yourselves to stop in Park Place if youre looking for that ring or special gift. Toni and her staff are a pleasure to talk to, they have great unique estate engagement rings, and you wont need to take out a loan to impress your significant other. On top of everything, they have proven time and again to stand by their product and go out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. My fiancé had, at no fault to Park Place, damaged a delicate part of her ring twice. They repaired it at no cost each time. When it happened for a third time, I thought we were for sure out of luck but they sympathized with us and offered to let us swap the ring for a discount! My fiancé loves her new ring and hasnt had any issues since. I wont ever have to worry about where to go now for anniversaries, etc.

Park Place Jewelers has lovely pieces, but one would be wise to do their homework before making a purchase here. We purchased a very expensive diamond ring from Park Place that came with all the proper paperwork. We were assured that it was a great deal. It was only after we attempted to authenticate the certification on our own that we discovered that it was not authentic. To Park Place’s credit, we were given a full refund after the situation was brought to their attention and they did their research and came to the same conclusion as we did. We do feel however that they should have fully researched such an expensive piece before it was put on sale.

Incredible pieces can be found throughout the store and the owner is very selective on the pieces that are purchased. The quality is excellent, there is a broad variety and the prices are very reasonable. Jewelry is a very personal type of sale. It is all about connecting with the piece and at Park Place the owner and staff care to get to know their customers and will call when a piece comes into the store that may be of your liking.
