Upon arriving at Diana Vincent I was treated like family. It was that unmistakable feeling that it wasn’t about the sale, but about relationship. I went in with a rather tight budget for what I wanted, and even upon informing staff there was no loss of interest in my proposal. After explaining I was looking for a very special engagement ring for my Fiancé I sat down right away with Vincent Pollisano to get across the image that was in my head for him to make. I knew nothing about jewelry and he delightfully took the time to walk me through all the terms and types of metals and stones. Judith found the perfect moonstone for the task. They treated me as a priority and with respect, and I treasured every communication a had with them throughout the process. Vincent is a wonderful artist and was able to create exactly what I wanted within my price range. My Fiancé has received atypical comments exclaiming how elegantly original and uncannily ‘her’, the ring is. I have received nothing but looks from those complimenting her that seem to convey, “how in the world did you pay for that ring.” We tell everyone it was made from scratch, specifically for her, at Diana Vincent in Washington Crossing. I just left a review for their Lambertville location, but here is what it said: My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and it is flawless. Judy helped him pick out the most amazing diamond and I love the platinum band/setting. It is such a refreshing design that I havent seen anywhere else. Im glad he knew me well enough to pick out something timeless that I will love to wear 30 years down the road. If youre like me and youre always looking for something different, this is the place!
