I never when in the store! I did call asking for request on a price for a ring sizing, she women replied yes we do, i asked how much she said it would be based on the ring and if you need it to go up or down I replied down 1 or 2 sizes she said i cant you in over the phone you have to bring it on in we can look at it. well anyways my point is she didnt answer my question and very rude about it, because I work in retail I thought I should say this i am never going to be going here they are rude and not worth my time.

They are awful and RUDE at marks jewelers in Levittown! They have no customer service skills at all, they talk to you however they want! I took a gemstone there to get set in my engagement ring and the jeweler there actually said he didnt know how he was going to set it and asked me how?!? WHAT?! Then he said oh well well see how it goes hopefully nothing bad happens but ya know.... WTF is wrong with those people? Never going there ever again Ill travel the distance to the Montgomeryville location thank you!
