My experience at this store was horrible. Myself and 2 others spent over $2,000 at this store, of which a sales person was in the middle of assisting me and was called away by the manager to assist her with a bank issue. I was was not pleased since I was in the middle of making several purchases decisions. I should have left then. When I brought attention to this, the manger was curt in her reply. I needed to return to this store, due to a faulty battery issue with the Brighton Watch that I had purchased. While returning the watch, I notice a Brighton promotion, spend $75 and receive complimentary earrings. I had spent $105 on the watch itself in addition to purchasing 5 other Brighton products totaling $453.00. I asked for my inconvenience of having to come back to the store to have the watch fixed, and having to pay $15 to park to allow me take advantage of the promotion. The sales people said no to this request. I would not recommend anyone shopping at this store. My experience was terrible. I will never shop in this store again and will take my money over to Stone Harbor where the sales people are truly appreciative of my business.
