Beware of this jewelry store!!! I had, what I thought, was a broken lobster clasp on an expensive gold necklace. They never examined the clasp closely, but did find a comparable size in stock. I was quoted $100, and they were giving me a deal from the listed price. I decided to wait. Since I was traveling back to the town where I originally bought the necklace, I went to that store for a second opinion. Oh my goodness!!! The clasp wasnt broken... only had to be cleaned for the closure part to release. They did it immediately... with no charge. I was grateful and flabbergasted!!! Aviance Jewelry wanted to rip me off big time, and almost convinced me why the cost was so high. I will never go back there again, and anyone even considering this jewelry store, should steer clear of this place.

Sadly my boyfriend got my birthday present from here and I had some issues with it. When I went to return them they would only give me store credit which is fine except I would never want anything from there again. The "owner" is disrespectful to women and awful in customer service. He told me that the problem was my ears are dirty and Ive never had anything that expensive in my ears lol. No man should ever talk to a woman like that but especially not a business owner. That place is not worth your time. Trust me! The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to to do this review. I literally left there in tears and out $100.
