I went there 3 times, 3 days in a row, and never actually got helped. I went to get my engagement ring resized and they told me theyd have to call out to ask and took my number, but basically said they wouldnt remember/get around to calling me back. For the entire conversation, the woman talking to me didnt bother to get up from her desk in the back of the shop, or even turn around to face me in her chair. She just yelled out. On top of this, the entire time she was insulting my engagement ring, and my fiance, because it wasnt a diamond. When she asked what kind of stone it was, I said crystal topaz, and she responded, "Its probably just CZ, some people just like to slap fancy names on it to make it sound nicer than it is," and then told me that ,"next time tell you boyfriend to come here instead." Like Id ever do that, the rings in there are tacky and ugly anyway. Went to Michaels Jewelers in Yardley, PA, and they helped me immediately, and were very nice. Go there instead.

Lived in Hamilton my entire life... always drove by and decided to stop in finally... YIKES! I felt pushed to make a sale, their store felt dirty, it was cluttered and the quality of gold was a let down..Also , a side note, I witnessed the owner talking to another customer like she was inconveniencing him, I was disgusted by his lack of professionalism. .. I never missed a thing, in all my years of living in Hamilton and not stopping by... Total let down.

I highly recommend Mark Pratico Jewelers. They treat their customers with respect and are always very accomodating to any request you have. They have a great variety of jewelry and Vera Bradley. They are also great in trying to find any special type of jewelry you might want. if it can be found...they will find it. BTW...their prices are fantastic also!
