I will no longer go anyplace else! The customer service is exceptional, they are nice, conversational, and the best part: there are chocolate treats for you to enjoy while they are appraising your pieces (can it get better than that?) Knowledgeable and respectful of my piece, they gave me a quote I was more than pleased with. While there, I was chatting with one of the owners and told her I had been in search of a gold snake bracelet. She mentioned having some in the past, and would be sure to keep an eye out for me for any others that came through the shop. A few weeks later, true to her word, she called me about a gold snake bracelet. It was exactly what I had been looking for! Now that is kind of customer service I like!! It was such a lovely experience I would highly recommend it to others!

I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of AU Gold Buyers at a gold party thrown by my friend. I was so pleasantly surprised by how much my gold and silver pieces were worth I decided to bring more items I had at home to their store. The service I received was just as personable and friendly as it had been at the party. Not only did they make me feel comfortable and welcome but they taught me about the process along the way. I wouldnt bring my unused gold or silver anywhere else and I have encouraged my friends to do the same. I also highly recommend a gold party to anyone who wants to make some money while enjoying time with their friends!

Not your average "cash for gold store"…This place is a gem. The owners are extremely nice and honest and they work with you to get the best price possible for your gold. Had some jewelry that was given to me from my grandparents, they not only told me what time period everything was from, they were able to offer me more because they were estate pieces. They look at items as a whole and not for their scrap price. I was most impressed with how they handled my coins. The owner literally took each coin and looked to see if there was any special years, the condition, etc. Bottom line: GO HERE

I have purchased several items from Au Gold Buyers from Breitling watches to diamond earrings. Owners Dan and Amanda even helped me find the perfect diamond for an engagement ring. I got a diamond that was over 2 carats for a fraction of what I would pay in New Yorks diamond district. My wife loved the diamond and setting that they helped me select. Shes even become a customer herself, selling older gold and jewelry for cash. Awesome Place! I came in early to only get a price on my Grandmothers Diamond ring that was past down to me alongside with some old gold and silver from my own collection. There was no hesitation to the early time and not only did they give me the best price for my grandmothers ring I sold it! Along with the rest of my things. Extremely Poor all around!!! At 2:00pm today! They sat there acting as if they didnt want our service and hated their lives. They are extremely rude. They stared at us and whisper they werent open even though they clearly were with a open flag and signs saying push door to open. We kindly took our gold home! Never will I recommend Nor go there again!!!!

Best cash for gold store I have been to thus far. They sit down with you one on one and appraise your jewelry and unwanted items. For my coins, they sat down with me and looked into their years, dates, and mint marks to see if there was any numismatic value to them. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT PLACE!!!! :)

What a wonderful jewelry buying store. The owners were so kind and explained everything in full detail. They couldnt have made me feel more comfortable. They paid me extra for my stones and extra for all of my older pieces. I left with triple the money than another store offered.
