i just got my phone fixed today. This is the second time coming to hoboken wireless. i loved the service the first time but this second time i broke my phone i thought it was completely totaled and done for. i tried contacting verizon which was no help even with insurance i would still be paying $170 and they were going to send me new phone, most likely a refurbished one. Well i said let me contact Ray. I didnt think he was going to be able to fix it as i thought it was totaled but to my surprise the screen and LCD had to be fixed and within 30 mins my phone was brand new. And cost me nearly half of what verizon was charging.I am so pleased with the service he. I would definitely recommend people to come here. Thanks again Ray so much .

THIS GUY IS A SCAM ARTIST ! Disregard all the other reviews. I grew up in Hoboken and have come to learn that this guy has been ripping people off FOR YEARS! I went in to repair a cracked iPhone screen. The screen was NEVER properly fixed, it was loose, and the voice quality was heavily degraded. Next thing you know I have battery problems. I go back to get it fixed and it was like he was expecting me....WHY?! He switches the batteries knowing thats its only a matter of time before you COME BACK and PAY MORE to "Get it fixed". Dont fall for his scams. Who knows what other iPhone parts he is taking and swapping besides batteries. Dont make the same mistake I made! Dont go to Hoboken Wireless.

I walked in there yesterday 10 minutes before close, convinced that my Samsung Galaxy S3 had a broken power button. Ray told me to come by in the morning to pick up the repaired phone. When I arrived the next day, he informed me that I had diagnosed the problem wrong. And even though he replaced the button as I requested, there was a more serious electrical fault with the device. He told me not to worry about the cost of replacing the button, gave me some advice and options, and even though I walked out with a phone that was just as broken as when I brought it in, I was impressed by their professionalism and consideration. I wholly recommend Hoboken Wireless for superb customer care.

Absolutely amazing service with a smile, a hello, and even a how are you!!! Wow! That is very rare these days. Hoboken wireless should give lessons on customer service. Friendly , fast and personable. Today was my first time in the store. My iphone stopped working completely. The young man that helped me had it fixed quickly and offered a great deal on cases and screen protection. In the middle of an extremely busy day with real estate, needing my phone fixed fast, he did a great job! I highly suggest anyone needing a repair or anything having to do with cell phones rush to Hoboken wireless. Very happy customer here! Thank you, Sir!

Absolutely amazing owner and great customer help! It took maybe 30 min to repair my cracked screen and ended up being there for an hour just over casual conversation! Really a great guy with a good head on his shoulders. Knows how to run his business and run it well. Treats customers with respect when respect is reciprocated. I would recommend coming here over any phone carrier service-- even apple! His prices are great and not overwhelming and the expertise is phenomenal! Theres a reason why start-up store owners are still in business after 10+ years!

I told the guy what I wanted the phone to do... he sold me a phone that doesnt do it. I went back, he told me the warranty had expired, and sold me another phone that did let me use my own email provider. BUT the new phone turns itself off and on randomly. Ive tried to exchange the phone for one that works... I cant do reach anyone at Metro PCS on the phone, its always BUSY. I went to another store, the guy said, "Ive re-programmed the phone and it works now." GUESS WHAT? It doesnt work now. Metro PCS and this store SUCK!

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! I dropped off my daughters brand new Ipad Mini worried it would be astronomical to repair and Ray (the owner) assured me it would not be and honored his word! I dropped off on Friday at 3pm and picked it up on Saturday morning brand spanking new!!! I also got a sweet deal on a brand new case to avoid another shattered screen. All in all I will always go to Ray not only for the best customer service but affordable service as well. PEOPLE NO NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

This place is great and the owner, Ray, is wonderful. After my husbands iPhone fell in a big puddle and stopped working, Ray fixed it within minutes and at no cost. Previously, he had also helped us save a lot of money by switching our cell phone carrier. Every time weve been to Hoboken Wireless, weve found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable, and the service they provide by far beats the service we used to get from Verizon.

This place is great! The guy who runs it is incredibly nice and helpful. He guarantees his work and stands up to that promise. the first replacement screen on my iphone had a minor flaw in the manufacturing that didnt show up until a day or so after it was replaced, and i brought it back and he made everything right. This place comes with my highest recommendation for phone repairs.

Hoboken Wireless was the best place to get my iPhone screen repaired. It was shattered yesterday, and in less than 24 hours - it looks brand new. Quick, terrific service, and very reasonably priced. The owner even gave me access to his wifi during the repair, so I was able to get work done. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and I highly recommend to others!

I had a great experience here! I had to repair my home button on my iphone. In and out in 5 minutes! Only $25 bucks when the apple store were telling me i needed to change my whole screen for $150. My screen was in perfect condition and found that ridiculous. I called Hoboken Wireless and made my phone look good as new. Thank you!!

Great costumer service and personable proprietor. It took no more than 15-20 mins to assess, and repair a damaged home screen on an iPhone 6 with an added tapered glass screen protector as a bonus. Was treated well and struck up a wonderful conversation through the entire process. Will highly recommend to co-workers/friends/family.

I had an incredible experience here! Walked in 10 mins before closing and instead of saying this will take some time to fix and say come back tomorrow. He stayed for after hours and repaired my phone within 30-40 minutes. Customer service is great! Also, it was fairly priced too.
