My iPhone4 would not turn on. I was immediately asked bout an upgrade. I replied that, if it was dead, I would obviously have to upgrade and asked about options. They took me through the options. I chose an iPhone 6. I told that they would try to get it turned on, so that I could transfer over the info. The woman said they would call me in the next couple of hours to tell me what was wrong. No call. Next day, i call, after trying to figure out which store it was. they tell me they have already repaired the phone, and that its 75 dollars. I expressed that I was supposed to be called before doing any repairs. I was then told that, if I upgraded, there would be no charge. I really only wanted to upgrade if the phone was dead, but I would have wanted to make the decision for the repair myself. So, after the discussion, obviously now I have to upgrade; a $75 charge for an old phone is not good. Then they tell me, well we close in 20 minutes, at 3 oclock. not great customer service.

Worst customer service ever. They sold me a defective phone that kept crashing and then when I tried to return it they said there was nothing they can do... They just said call customer service. They dont know anything about the products they sell. By far the most unhelpful Verizon store Ive ever been to.

Came in to Port My Number form T-mobile to Verizon EXCELLENT SERVICE ! KNEW THE PERFECT PRODUCT FOR ME the staff are really plesant and know there stuff inside and out strongly recomed come to this store only Thank you guys

Went for customer support/service. They gave me the Verizon Customer Service number on a yellow post-it and send me away. So I walked to the nearby agency on Water St. where they were able to help me.
