Excelente servicio al cliente, transferi mis 4 lineas de Sprint y me prometieron pagar los pagos de cancelacion de Sprint de 6 a 8 semanas pero en tan solo 3 semanas ya me habia llegado reembolso. Super happy con el servicio y con los Martes de Tmobile.

Al fin no tengo que ir tan lejos para ir a T-Mobile. Los muchachos los tratan a uno muy amables. Los recomiendo para todo lo que necesiten con respecto a T-Mobile.

I upgraded to my Samsung S8+ and had the greatest experience. Wendy and Jorge were super friendly and they gave me the complete service from start to finish. I walked out of the store super happy with my new phone. Highly recommend!!!!

Very good customer service. I exchanged my phone under my insurance plan and they were nice enough to handle all the data, apps, contacts and pictures transfer to my new phone. Very nice people.
