So in this area you have three places to choose from, The others are Pepboys and Auto Zone. Customer service at these places varies typically and most of the time it depends on the person who you ask for help. When someone asks me who to go to in this area I tell them Advanced, because they appear to be the most consistent and fair. They also always try to help and offer cheaper alternatives. I have gone in once and heard a male employee complaining about how he wants to eat his lunch and was helping me, a little bit much, but we all get hangry. other than that used them since they opened and they are good.

Walk in asking if they can reset a light on my dash, got a rude reply saying no. Was shocked at how sarcastic his response was. Another customer was in shock when he responded. So I just walked out and will probably never go to that advance auto parts again

This place sucks. The employees there are rude as heck and very unhelpful. The music is always loud and theyre constantly chatting away as you wait to purchase something. I only go there as a last resort.

They have a large assortment of parts and a great web site with prices. They also sometimes have the cheapest price.

Good place that will help you install minor acceccories. You can also rent tools for working on cars here too.
