Called up to order brake pads for my BMW 528i that ive owned for over 4 years and was told that the make and model of my car didnt exist. She became extremely snappy with me when I insisted my car existed. Needless to say, I guess my car doesnt exist and now Ive I begun to question my own existence. 2/10 Would not recommend AAP. However, I HIGHLY recommend Auto Zone for your car and car accessories.
