Slightly cleaner than your average Advance Auto, with friendly employees. Still frustrating how long it can take to get to the counter to be rung up, but few auto parts stores seem to have that figured out. Would love to have a self checkout counter, leaving the employees free to talk to customers.

Great service & its almost never crowded. Theyve always helped me in making the correct selections for my cars make & model, & theyve even helped me to install a number of the items Ive purchased right out front in the parking lot. Nice crew too! ☺

Ordered parts from commercial, they were so fast their delivery driver I think her name is Lynn is very friendly and quick and polite. She is a great addition to the entire commercial division. She is always smiling and willing to help.

Had to purchase some parts for a toyota corolla. The guys were all smiling. luckily i didnt run into the afternoon rush. They walked me to each part, asked a few questions, and set me up at the cash out. Good place to go!

They have a large selection on car products. Service is so so and you can get cheaper prices elsewhere. But the main thing is they usually have what you need. Compare price with Autozone which is a block away.

Pretty busy and slummy area, but I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and caring a certain shift manager (newer guy) was. Its becoming extremely rare with Advance in the Boston/Lawrence area.
