I have been Autozone client for many years.recently I went to the Dedham store for battery replacement but unfortunately it did last less than 24 hours .Then I got towed pluse was charged 60$$ for fixing the problem(loose cable).on top of that , when I went back to the store manager, he just was sorry for the bad service and refused even to take a look at the mechanic report. I will never be back to Autozone .

I came in with a headlight issue I was unsure of, kind of got the brush off from the staff except for Chobin. She was immediately interested in troubleshooting with me. She came outside and worked through the lights and fuses. I stopped in the next day and she helped me out again and we got the problem solved. Thank you Chobin for your kindness, knowledge and willingness to help!
