It was a perfect example of dumb and dumber. I was looking for a carseat fabric repair kit and the "greeter" at the door had absolutely no idea what i was talking about so he referred me to the 16 year old "manager" who point blank said they didnt carry anything like that but since I could tell that he too was clueless i went to look for myself and sure enough found it along with a whole selection of all different kinds of carseet repair kits. So, my point is that the store itself is ok but the staff are morons so dont expect help of any kind.

Do your own research for what parts you need, dont rely on the employees to help you find the correct item. I went in to get a light bulb replacement for my headlamp and they looked up which one exactly I would need and got it wrong, I had to drive back the next morning after Googling what I needed and find the right one. I would have preferred that they said they didnt know and I would have Googled it in the first place.

The employees and manager knew very little about the basics of testing a battery and alternator. Phone calls were given priority over people waiting in line causing waits of 10-20 minutes while the manager sent home people because it wasnt busy. Attempting to borrow the tools to replace the battery they sold me caused another 20 minute wait while the manager struggled to identify the 10mm wrench I told him I needed.

Poor customer service. This weekend was cold and the battery in my car died so I wanted them to test it. The manager told me that it was too cold to send someone outside to test the battery. I then went to Advance Auto down the street and they were happy to help and were able to install the battery for me. I recommend Advance Auto.

They have a large selection on car products. Service is so so and you can get cheaper prices elsewhere. But the main thing is they usually have what you need. Compare price with Advanced Car Parts which is a block away.

My battery in my car died after leaving the light on a few two many times. I Called over and they said they could replace it no problem. Was in an out in 10 minutes - staff was super helpful!
