Michael S from the Woburn Auto Zone had top notch customer service. He helped me for almost 30 minutes. I had no clue what kind of headlight I needed for my car and he took the time to help me find the right one and smiled and laughed (great laugh) throughout the entire process. Then he even helped me install the light. (Not to mention the store was almost ready to close) He is a true asset to your team and I will recommend all my family friends to this place. He is a perfect example of customer service! Thank you Mike S!!! You made my day!!!

My car stopped on 95 highway around 8pm. and i didnt know what to do. Called my friend and we went to this place. I explained what happend of my car. They gave the exact information of my car problem. Alternator issue. Bought a new bettery and went back to my car, replaced the bettery and drove back to home about 20 miles. And SAFE. Thank you so much for your concern, and all the kind advices. The staff and the manager are all great and concerned about me and my car. It was November 5th around 8pm Sincerely, Chung Kim

This store is NOT CLOSED. it is still open, and the staff were actually quite friendly to me. They even put my new windshield wipers on my car for me!
