We had a terrific experience with them for our wedding. Terry made sure every detail was communicated. We had appointments to see what our flower would be like so there would be no surprises. She was super accomodating when we had to change some flowers at the last minute and on the day of the event, they made things right. To save money we had some bouquets do double duty and when it came time for dinner, they were magically in the right place without any hassle. Would highly recommend them.

You would think any bussiness owner would want customers to come back. The counter people didnt seem to like their job and it shows in their service. I payed for a delivery that didnt get delivered and when I went to pick up the flowers, my money was not returned for the delivery charge. So Which I am suppose to wait for a phone call, so I payed for a service I did not recieve and got an attitude for even asking for my money back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will never go back.

Im here at 5:45pm... Website says they are open until 6pm on Fridays, their door says they are open until 6pm, phone message says they are open until 6pm... But they are locked up. If you arent open until 6pm... Change your information on website, answering machine, and store front.

Beautiful Flowers, excellent service. Ask for Susanne. Shes the best! So if you have an important event this is the best place to get the best flowers and the best customer service. I personally have used this company many times and been very happy.
