***AVOID ELEGANT URNS*** Absolutely horrible customer service. The Urn arrived today and the engraving is incorrect. My husband sent the desired wording in writing and reviewed the order verbally prior to finalizing. There appears to be one person employed and she assumes zero responsibility for the mistake and is extremely rude. When dealing with the death of a loved one there needs to be some degree of sensitivity when working with the public and ownership when a mistake is so obviously made. Im in sales and have to say Ive never heard a customer spoken to the way she spoke to my husband. Im shocked at her behavior & the business practices of this company should be investigated. There are complaints all over the Internet about this company. Please do yourself a favor & do your research prior to purchasing.

Our Mother died on 12-21-15. We placed the order for the Urn and paid for a Rush fee. We totally understood that there could be a delay due to the Christmas holiday. Today is 12-28-15, we have not received the Urn! We have called multiple times, emailed them and even tried to text them to no avail. Seriously, not even the courtesy of a call back at a time when we are hurting and grieving for our Mother. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you expect any sort of customer service. While everyone was shopping for Christmas presents, I was shopping for an Urn for my beloved mother :(
