I called them directly (NOT FTD) and had some flowers delivered to my girlfriend. We live less than a mile away. The arrangement consisted of exactly 2 types of plants (one is not a flower). We agreed on $50 (over the phone) and my credit card was charged over $62. I guess the extra 12 was for taxes, 0.9 mile delivery, and the paper wrapping (I asked for no vase)? There are a fair number of flowers/buds (maybe 30), but nothing you couldnt get at ralphs down the street for $15. I figured by them not having to pay the FTD tax and being such a short delivery Id get a pretty good deal. I was wrong. The did deliver flowers on time so I gave them 2 stars.

Absolutely Amazing! These ladies work so hard to make there clients happy. I went here for my flowers for my wedding. I gave them the color scheme, design and tools I wanted and they followed it to the T! If there were any questions or concerns they called me right away. My bouquets were absolutely beautiful along with all the other flower settings. I would highly recommend Chatsworth Florist to anyone! I wish I could submit pictures on here to show you what a beautiful job they did. Thank you so much Chatsworth Florist for my beautiful flowers and making my wedding a memorable day!

I have been ordering flowers from them for well over a decade. They have always been the best on price and for timeliness. Not to mention the quality of the flowers is off the charts. Last year for moms day I of course was a little late in ordering but they accommodated me anyway without knowing my history there. My mom has been raving about the arrangement for a year. She says they were the nicest arrangement she has ever had. Not only that they delivered them to her house over 15 miles away!!

Ive heard about this store for a long time and then decided to try them out when I needed flowers. Was I surprised! What a treasure they are. Not only did I get a beautiful flower arrangement I also bought a great gift to go along with it. Needless to say, Im back in the good graces with my better half!! Friendly staff, great prices and a HUGE selection makes this a "go to" store for me!!

Very disapoting experiance! Paid $125 for a flower arrangement that looked like a $30 arragement, the base I chose was completly different, I was offered credit but I dont think I want it, flowers should always be a pleasant ecperiance.
