I ordered flowers from here for a birthday. I ordered it a week before the delivery date and made note that the building it was supposed to be delivered to would close at 3pm and please deliver the arrangement before 2:30pm. Around noon I called customer service I wanted to make sure the flowers were being delivered. The man on the phone was short with me and rude, he said yes they will and that they were on the truck. So thought ok great and then 2:30pm came around, the flowers still have not been delivered. I called customer service back and the guy over the phone now tells me well shes walking up to the door right now. I said actually no shes not im here standing outside of the building on my way out for the day and no one has yet delivered the flowers. He lied and then says hold on and I guess called his driver and then tells me oh shes on her way...I said well the building closes in a few minutes this is pointless and wanted to cancel my order. He questioned me and said well she is on her way I was like uh hello their will be no one here since you guys are so late on the delivery and why would I not cancel the order if the building closes in a few minutes. It was ridiculous and I will never order from this place again. BEWARE if you order from these people your delivery might not get there until the end of the day....why charge up the ass for these flowers to be delivered if they cant even deliver them on a timely matter let alone it was for someones birthday so now she didnt get the flowers..sad. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

ZERO Points! I came there from Europe for a funeral. . Asked for nice flower arrangement. What I wanted was more expensive as in Switzerland!!!! (Sorry, no way) FInally in a catalogue found something. Almost 110$. ok, I payed and ordered. At the hotel I just checked in Internet: almost half price for SAME Article!! BF207-11KM I feel so much rubbed and bad. How can someone be so bad, and cheating suffering persons??? Sorry, but please: Do not go there anymore! Such unfair persons does not deserve any turnover at all! yours Markus

They put together gorgeous bouquets for my bridesmiads and the most beauful bouquet for my wedding! The designer there did an amazing job and my flower walkway and arch flowers was just as I wanted! I recommend them highly for weddings! They even did beautiful boutineers for the groom and best men.
