I was referred to Urban Florist by another florist that was too far away to deliver to Cedars-Siani Medical Center on the same day. I called Urban Florist and spoke with Brian. I explained that I was calling from the San Francisco Bay Area and had a good friend in the hospital. I told him I was on a budget, however, my friend was a very elegant lady and I wanted something very nice for her. On today, I received a phone call from my friend who was overjoyed with the flowers. She said they were simply lovely...her type of flowers. She also said she was tired of the nurses coming into her room to view and comment how lovely the flowers were. She said this as a joke, but she had so many hospital staff coming in the room to admire the beautiful arrangement. Call Brian at Urban Florist for your next order. You will definitely be delighted and surprised! I wil definitely be calling Urban Florist for my next L.A. order.

Last April 8 was my beloved moms birthday and I wanted to give her flowers. I suddenly remembered urban florist that was recommended to me by a friend so I went online and checked them out. Since my mom loves roses so much, I had no other option but to get her roses. Ordering online was so simple. They dont have that huge selection of flowers and flower arrangement but my mom couldnt stop staring at the flowers after she got it. Even me! The flowers were so stunning themselves and fresh. The arrangement looks simple yet elegant. They exceeded my expectation. Rates are reasonable and fast delivery.

Well, I had a great experience with this floral shop! When I came in, I was well greeted and attended to! Once I picked out what I wanted, there was no need to say anything more! I was taken care of promptly and professionally. The flowers I got were perfect and left an impression on the receiver! They were really fresh flowers! The price I paid was reasonable! I really felt like a got a bang for my buck! I definitely recommend this place!

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my mom giving ample time to deliver but it never arrived. It was supposed to be a birthday surprise. Not even a call from Urban Florist telling us that there is a problem with the delivery. We only found out when we asked our mom if she received flowers. Now the delivery is still pending but the birthday is over.. and I do not know how they will resolve the matter.

This florist has amazing customer service, from pre-ordering online or by phone, or by walking in. My last order was a walk-in, I told them the occasion, the price range I was looking to stay in, and the favorite colors of the recipient, and they whipped up a unique, personalized bouquet of flowers in 5 minutes, all for a very fair price. Parking is tough, so if you can, just walk over.

I stopped by because I am having a Halloween party at my house tonight so I wanted a nice arrangement for my table. The lady that worked there was very helpful and really was able to grasp the concept of what I was looking for. She came up with a really pretty flower combination for me to put in a pumpkin and it looks great. I am so excited for the party now. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

I have been coming to urban florist for over 5 years. Bryan is accommodating, always polite, and have such great taste. He can put a bouquet together in a flash and he will work with your budget. I always feel like I get more than what I pay for. I promise that if you come here once, you wouldnt want to go to any other florist.
