For my Mothers 55th birthday I decided to go to Bumblebee Blooms because of their reviews. Unfortunately I did not experience the same. I purchased the "Telefloras Upsy Daisy Deluxe " Daisies are my mothers favorite flower so it was perfect! The picture was a yellow vase FULL of yellow and white Daisies very beautiful. In the picture there are no "extra" flowers what so ever. When I called it spoke to a very nice woman who I specifically asked, "it will look like the picture correct? All nice and full of Daisies with no extra flowers correct?" She informed me that this was correct, that it would look like the picture nice and full of just Daisies. I wish I could post a picture of what my mother received. A FEW Daisies and lots of "yellow flower filler" nothing like the picture at all. I didnt say anything to my mother since it was her bday. I decided to call back and see if they would accept a payment for a small bouquet since my bill somehow came out to $65 and was also not informed. Cassie informed me that she could not help and I could have my mom exchange them and did not want to help nor understand. So I just left it alone until my mom calls me today and says, "Hey, for some reason your flowers are already DYING!!!!!" So regrettably I have to tell her that they were not even suppose to look like that and I tried to call but the woman did not want to help. My mother then takes them up to the shop and they give her a couple of new Daisies and send her on my way. My mother left sad. This is not a good place to do business with. I try to support local companies and this is how I get treated. Cassie also informed me that I shouldnt base what Im expecting with the "photo shopped" photos on their website. So why have pictures up at all if you cant go by them????? She admitted their pictures DO not look like what you will receive. She got some flowers from the grocery store that are still alive but my $65 flowers are dying after 2 days????? Dont waste your money like I did

This florist really saved my day. I had called at 8:30 in the morning one of the online florist (Fromyouflowers AVOID) because it said they could get my order out in four hours. At 11:30, I received an email saying it was delayed until later the same day. At 4 pm I called them and was told they couldnt get it out until tomorrow. I was furious and told them to cancel it. I was in tears because it was my daughters first birthday away from home and I wanted to make it special for her. I called Bumblebee Blooms at about 4:40 pm and explained the situation to the florist and she went above and beyond to help me. They got the order out and delivered in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend this florist with a heart, compassion and understanding when thing are important to the sender and the recipient. She threw in some chocolate truffles to boot. I could not have been more happy with the end results. GREAT FLORIST!!!!

I used Bumblebee for the first time last week after using a florist in Sparks that will remain nameless. Their service started to decline, so it was time to find another. The reviews here led me to give Bumblebee a try and we were not disappointed. Not only were they able to deliver the order to my wife within two hours of calling, the bouquet is amazing! My wife loves them, which I love, and I also love that its been four days since the delivery, and the flowers look like the day we received them. I appreciate when flowers dont start to wilt the day after theyre received. We will be using Bumblebee Blooms for all of our deliveries in the future. Highly recommended!

I called Katie at the last minute letting her know my client was having a bad day and I would love to get some flowers to her today. Im a real estate agent from Portland, OR and randomly found Bumblebee Blooms on the internet near my clients current home. I knew it was unrealistic to have flowers delivered when it was already 3pm but within 2 hours she had the flowers delivered to my client. My client was thrilled and said I made her day but it was really Katie that made her day. Thank you!!! (I wish you were closer.)

Bumblebee Blooms was an absolutely wonderful business to work with for our wedding flowers. Katie has such a gentle and kind spirit and it helped us stay calm and relaxed during the whole planning process. There was great organization and efficient planning on Katies part. I am not a flower fanatic so I wasnt really sure as to exactly what I wanted my wedding flowers to look like. Katie was fully prepared and put together the most beautiful arrangement, beyond my imagination. She is truly an artist with the flowers.

I wanted to send flowers to my Mom for her birthday and I googled floral shops in Reno ( I live in Oregon) and seeing the high reviews I decided to call Bumblebee Blooms Flower Boutique. Amazingly nice gal I spoke to on the phone. I gave her my price and with delivery fee it went a little higher than I expected so she gave me some names of other shops closer to my Mom and they were even more expensive than Bumblebee! I appreciated her going out of her way to help me save money. thank you!

OMG.. if you dont hire them youre an idiot. We used them for our flowers for our wedding. Not only was the price incredible, the flowers turned out literally EXACTLY the way I wanted them too. They lasted about a week or so after the wedding and we put them in the house to remember the day. I will ONLY be using Bumblebee Blooms for our floral needs and I am SO happy to have found them! Keep up the good work girsl!

This is the worst flower place in Reno. I orders flowers to come on Valentines Day. The company SAID they delivered them. But they never showed up. I called them and they said the driver got into a car crash and they put the flowers on the next truck. And they told me they would come later in the day. And still they never showed up. Now they are refusing to give me a full refund.

I ordered flowers the day before Mothers Day to be sent to a dear friend who is special to me and many in the LGBT community. The ordering process was easy and the pictures I saw of the two arrangements were great! The value was really there. I had Bumblebee Blooms Flower Boutique send a cute flower arrangement to my very sick sister-in-law. I ordered online and with hours the flower arrangement was delivered and I received a text with a picture of the arrangement and it was perfect. Sister-in-law and family loved it. Highly recommend using this florist if you are in the Reno area.

I called in an order from Australia and they were very friendly and took the time to walk me through everything step by step to make sure that my loved on who was in the hospital got her flowers. they did what 1800 flowers could not do .
