DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS FROM THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I truly believe the majority of the 5 star ratings are FAKE. I’ll try to make this brief. We ordered flowers online for Valentine’s Day for my daughter. We gave specific instructions online for it to be delivered before noon. By 3:00 no flowers! After two phone inquiries by me, and another call by my partner, we were told that we didn’t specify a time for delivery on the order (A LIE) and that it would now be delivered sometime before 5:00! We told them my daughter was leaving her office at 4:30! By 4:30 my partner called again to inquire and was told they had not even started making the arrangement!! (ANOTHER LIE?) My partner then cancelled the order because, obviously, these people were incompetent… and by this time we could just pick up something on the way home! I then called to tell them that they could redeem themselves if they could make up a nice arrangement right then and that I would just come by and pick it up. The extremely rude girl on the phone told me they had just “given away” my arrangement (that supposedly had NOT been made yet) to someone else!! (WHAT??! ANOTHER LIE?) When I called her out for telling my partner and I two completely different stories she proceeded to tell me they were so busy and that is why they had to give my (supposedly not made yet) arrangement to someone else! (WHAT?! LIES, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND MORE LIES!!) All the while she kept reminding me that WE had cancelled the order (AFTER we were told it had not even been made yet!) . When another person also gave these people a bad review the business responded with a VERY CHILDISH and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL tirade that included personal attacks on the customer’s finances and situation, not to mention numerous misspelled words!! Apparently they are also lacking in basic education. No doubt they will respond in a similar fashion to my review, but BOTTOM LINE…THERE ARE NO WORDS THAT CAN EXCUSE THE EXTREMELY POOR BEHAVIOR OR THE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My sister and brother-in-law wanted to send flowers to his mother here in Fresno, who just returned home from a long hospital stay. They live out of the country, so they called me to order something nice for them. I checked online florists, chose a design and I was planning to order, but ... my past experience was that online florists rarely ever have what you want; something always get substituted. So I chose Flowers and More from a Google search, called them up and explained what we wanted, and asked them to make it even better. We really scored! They were helpful and efficient on the phone, and it was delivered the next day. My sisters very discerning mom-in-law texted after receiving it: the bouquet is extraordinary smells so good a variety of flowers that’s amazing Thank you so much for making her day. I will be using Flowers and More again :)

Horrible service, I called to order flowers for Valentines Day. In a matter of 30 minuets they overcharged my credit card by $300 for two dozen red roses. Offered no receipt, no information except name, delivery name and my credit card information. I tired using my card right after and they bank had to put a hold on my card because they kept charging me! When I called back, they told me they wouldnt give me a refund, store policy (no one told me this). They put me on hold for ten minuets to tell me they would refund the money in 3 days. 3 days! Rude people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. ORDER FLOWERS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

We came from Texas to get married in CA so my family could attend. I had specific colors I wanted and we obviously needed flowers at the last minute. I called several florists that could not accommodate us. I then called Flowers & More and Robin said she could do it. We met with her and ordered all the flowers we needed in the exact colors I wanted and they were all ready the following day. The flowers were beautiful and we could not have been happier! Flowers and More is a great florist!! There flower arrangements are fantastic and the customer service is unmatched. I recommend them highly. Flowers and More is not some junk web-only florist. They are an actual florist with an actual flower shop. They are actually located in Fresno. If you are in need of a Fresno florist. There is not anyone else I would recommend. Go to Flowers and More.

Long stem roses were Beautiful! I called around town for pricing and found a few that I was interested in until I called Flowers & More and spoke with Robin. Her service and phone manors made the deal. I appreciated the quick service, honest pricing and quick delivery. My fiance was extremely excited and sent me a photo which I will try to attach.

Fantastic! I called them from FL after 1800 failed to deliver to my mom on Mothers Day. They really came to the rescue with a beautiful arrangement my mother absolutely loved! Its hard to do things long-distance so its really great to find someone you can trust will make it right. Nice job Flowers and More. Youre in my phone book for next time!

Amazing. So nice, very helpful. We came from out of town and wanted to get flowers for our host. The grocery store didnt have anything good. We stopped in randomly and asked for $20 arrangement. The florist put together a gorgeous bouquet in five minutes that looked like it should cost $50. Very sweet!

Excellent florist! I would recommend them to anyone. I gave a description of colors I wanted in the arrangement and they did a magnificent job. Delivery was on time. Incredibly professional and courteous. Flowers and More has very fair pricing.

Someone order flowers for me from here and they were beautiful when I recieved them but the next day they were dead, I called and they did replace them with no extra charge but they died again the next day. Not the best place ever.

Prices were consistent with competitors (I actually compared), placed my order online, and they delivered the correct flowers as promised. Considering it was a Valentines Day delivery, a late afternoon delivery is fair.
