Extremely Disappointed, I have done business with D&L Flowers for years and until today they have always been reputable. I realize during holidays (Valentines Day) that a premium can be charged for Flowers.That is business, but to triple your prices over and not honor your advertised online prices is unprofessional (and Greedy). I have always paid 39.99 for roses delivered to my wife and prided myself on doing business local, but what I was quoted today was just sad. I like most other people will be doing business with ProFlowers or 1800Flowers and pay less then what I have always paid and receive the same product as I always received 1 Dozen Red Roses. I have used them 3 times a year for the last 12 years (Birthday, Anniversary and Valentines Day) Never again...

If youre placing an order online make sure to call before placing the order and verify that they have the flowers/arrangement that you want. I placed and order for an arrangement online, and the next day received a call that they did not have the flowers for the arrangement which I ordered. Which was disappointing but I went ahead and swapped the original white hydrangeas to white lilies. When I went to pick up my order at the store they did not have my arrangement ready. I had to wait for a while.. The woman at the counter was polite and nice and Im sure it was not her fault for the confusion but bottom line its better to just call and talk to some one first hand or maybe just go into the actual store to place an order..

I received a poinsettia from my son from NY and my mom received one from him also thru a Del Rey florist. He told me they were very expensive. The one I received only had 3 flowers with very little foliage, looked like a $5.00 plant from the grocery store. However, my moms was so full with six big flowers and so beautiful. I will talk with my son and ask him to use a different florist. This was definitely an overpriced holiday decoration.

Friendly personnel. However, the flower arrnagement was not worth the amount of money I paid. I paid a total of $43 for half a dozen of red roses. The arrangement looked cheap and plain. The roses were withered and there was too much green. In fact, I had to buy roses elsewhere, to add to the arrangement, to make it look decent enough to present.

I have called many florists in this city who claim to be the best , yet when I asked for a specific flower , many couldnt deliver my order but D & L Roses Florist did it all and more and at amazingly bargain prices ! God Bless , keep up the good work!!!!!
