I was very disappointed with the attention I received from the people up front and with the head flower arranger. I ordered stargazer lily flowers for my nieces funeral that I paid over a hundred dollars for. What was delivered to the funeral home the night before the funeral was a small vase of daisies. The thing that really set it off was that it had a card that said, "Wishing You a Fast and Speedy Recovery." Trying to make the best of a sad situation, we accepted the flowers that were delivered. However the next day at the funeral they were discolored and wilted to the point that they could not be displayed. When I contacted the manager and told her about the mix-up and asked for some sort of compensation or my money back, I was very rudely treated like a liar or thief, who was trying to get something for nothing and I never got things made right. Instead they took my money and totally screwed up and then wouldnt own up to their mistake. Ill never deal with this highly overrated and over priced so called business ever again. My advice is drive on by and take your business elsewhere.

Stopped by St Ives Florist on a whim. My wifes favorite flower is the calla lily which is usually difficult to find. They had three varieties and helped me choose a vase and the design style I liked. The service was amazing! The arrangement stunning ! The girl even insisted on taking the flowers to the car for me and showed me how to "seat belt " them in. I highly recommend shopping at this local store. It put me in the best mood. Reminded me what it is like to be treated like I was important. At St Ives the customer truly comes first!

Went and picked an arrangement and wanted different flowers in it. It had alot of snap dragons and lots of bright yellow and orange colors. Asked for white roses and pale purples and pinks, and orchids and a few stargazer lillies. It was for my sister in law, when she sent me a picture a few days later it was the same arrangement without the changes I asked for other than 2 roses, 2 lillies and 1 orchid, even though I paid the difference! Even though they delivered within a few hours of purchase I will never go back!!!

I truly enjoy coming to this florist for my flower needs. The employees are so enthusiastic about their job and their love of flowers and it shows. Ive bought flowers for my wife here several times, and Ive taken her in to pick out her own flowers a couple of times. They love helping pick out flowers and plan wedding flowers. We enjoy visiting this florist whenever we can.

Absolutely loved my short visit here. The staff here are very welcoming and knowledgeable about all their merchandise. They have one of the biggest varieties of flowers Ive seen here in the Reno. Store is beautifully decorated. Prices are very reasonable as well! Highly recommend this place!
