I was hoping to have flowers delivered to my mom for mothers day but she ended up having to pick them up herself! The delivery lady got to the neighborhood, which is gated, and the security gate people were nice enough to tell her and write down specific directions to my moms house. She came back 10 min later and said she couldnt find the place (and its NOT hard to find). She also lied and said that she had talked to my mom and that she knew they were down at the gate and that she was in a hurry and had to leave. Finally at 5:00pm I had to spend 20 min trying to figure out where the flowers were because NO ONE contacted myself or my mother. The flower shop just said that they hire a lot of new people during the holidays and there was really nothing they could do about it. Since I was charged an extra $13 for the delivery and they werent DELIVERED I expected for them to at least offer that as a refund... actually, I would have appreciated a simple "sorry" but apparently that was too much to ask. Thats the last time I will ever use flowers by Patti!!

I would recommend Flowers By Patti over any other florist. Their delivery service is very fast. Every arrangement has an added touch of uniqueness that you simply cannot find anywhere else, and their flowers are so bright and vibrant! Every time I visit their shop I am simply astounded by their professionalism, friendliness, attention to fine detail in their arrangements, and as a whole their entire operation. I would recommend them to anyone seeking the highest quality arrangements, delivered right on time, by a friendly face who truly cares about the customer.

Friendly and Fast!!! Im always surprised when I see people give negative reviews about ordering flowers on the busiest flower holidays of the year (ie: Mothers Day, Valentines Day) and expect these people to be able to accommodate them. You have nobody but to blame but yourselves for not planning ahead. You wouldnt order your Christmas presents from amazon and expect them there on the same day, would you?

I ordered a bouquet for my best friend and her husband who just had their first baby – I couldnt be more pleased with how they turned out! Ordering from another state can make one a little anxious but after seeing a personal photo of the BEAUTIFUL arrangement that was delivered, I am truly elated! Thank you, Flowers by Patti! I called Flowers by Patti as soon as they opened on a Friday. I was desperate, as I had totally spaced my best friends birthday. Naomi was extremely helpful, Within two hours my bestie had a vase full of special hydrangeas delivered to her office!

This Place is overpriced, has horrible customer service and worst of all lacks craftsmanship during my daughter birthday i went hear to get a bouquet but when i did it was putrid and disgusting .
