I read the reviews here before doing business with this company and was a little iffy but I went ahead and tried them out and now I wish I had not. I ordered two Jerseys that cost me over $100, I was promised to have them by a certain date, I called on the date promised to me to see if they were ready, they were not. I called again after the weekend and asked if they were ready, again they were not. I was told that I would be called the following business day with a pick up date. No one called me. I called the following day (3 days before I HAD to have these jerseys) and I was asked if an employee had called me to ask me about a question they had the previous day. ???? No, no one had called me but what were they going to do? Let my order sit there and not in get in contact with me to as whatever question they had. I then get put on hold. The sweet lady that answers the phone at no fault of her own tells me that someone had ordered "something" wrong and they needed to make another order. Again this is 3 days away from the time I HAVE to have the jerseys. She then tells me they cant promise me they will have it ready by the time I need it. So ridiculous, I wasnt ordering 20 jerseys I ordered two and that was too much of a task for this company. To sum this place up, unprofessional, unorganized, poor customer service, either they just do not care or they are down right lazy. Its amazing how a business owner in this economy could let things get this way and not make some changes or do something about it. My wish for this company is to do themselves and everyone else a favor and hire a new staff, retrain your current staff or close your doors.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. I placed an order on 8/31 was quoted a delivery date of 9/9. 9/9 came and no one called me or returned my calls concerning my order that I left all that week before delivery date. I called on 9/10 and as usual had to leave a message. Called the store on 9/12 got a voicemail. I tried again got through and was told they have to check with accounting and would call me back. I decided that I needed to go into the store to get some kind of customer service. I went in waited a few minutes and had to ask if someone was available to help me. Then once I was helped they guy told me they did do my order. That he will personally do them so that they would be ready tomorrow. I asked him why wasnt a call placed to me to let me know the order wasnt done and he didnt have an answer. I then proceed to ask that when the order is complete that I get a phone call. I would never go back or reccommend them to anyone. They have terrible customer service and seem very unorganized. I guess my small order wasnt as important to them.

TERRIBLE They have the worst service ever. They are polite, but being polite is nothing compared to their service. They are very unorganized and every time they tell me they will call me. They never follow up. I only got things done if I called or went in person to put pressure on them. Its rediculus. If they dont have what you need in stock. Dont make an order. Go elsewhere or order online. I was planning to buy trophies from them 1 a month. NOPE I was supposed to get my order 4 days after ordering. Its been 2 weeks and Ive done 3 trips and still have to make a 4th trip to get all my orders. I ordered medals and they dont even come with the ribbons. How are people supposed to wear the medals and I wasnt told. They have the worst communication. If you follow up on your order make sure you speak to the same representative, because everyone else is clueless.

My daughter wanted a complete rhinestone patch for her letterman jacket. I went in to the shop told them what I wanted. They stated they do not make rhinestone patches but could find out where they could get one. I received a call a few days later with good new on where I could get the rhinestone patch. Went back to the shop with my daughter designed her jacket and a month later it was all done. We could not be happier with the results and service we received.

Dont use them if you dont need or have too. The whole shop is uncaring and unorganized. They rely on over pricing the school teams. The dont service all brands. An order was placed in Oct. of 11, confirmed a day later and in January 12 they claimed they never received the order. Rarely return phone calls and rarely emails. Also asked for a quote in September 4 weeks later got the quote for triple the price of EastBay. Will not return.
