Sent them a rifle for repair via Remington, for the trigger recall and a broken extractor. Was returned to me and neither was fixed. The box arrived with 0 paperwork stating what was done. I called them and requested more information which they responded they had done the work. I asked them to email the proof to me and they could not, because they dont have email, and could not snail mail it. Gun was not repaired!

the gun smith is knowledgeable the place is conveniently located, and while some list prices seem a little high hes willing wheel and deal in some instances. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a knowledgeable gunsmith who actually knows his stuff.
