I walked in the store Feb 15th with my son. $500.00 dollars cash to purchase a shotgun. Guy at the register. Never says hello or looks up at us. We walk left to sporting goods. Stand there for 25 minutes. No one comes over. I hear voices thinking other customers are in the store. We gut tired of waiting so we walk out. Now three employed at the front counter. Never asked " how can we help ". We drove down the street to Walmart. Purchased two shotguns. Helped emeddiatly buy freindly staff.

Not too much I can say about this Big 5, its pretty average. They seem to have as many products as other ones Ive been too, and I dont have problems finding what Im looking for. The staff are friendly too.

I have not stopped in to Big 5 on a regular basis, it seems to me theyre not as organized as they could be but my guest is the store does not do a high volume of business

Great place for picking up sports gear. Plus they sell fire arms (riffle and shotgun) only. Also ammo.. Great prices all around...
