This is our third year we have rented from Eaglerider Las Vegas. It seems we always have a long wait to get bikes ready and many problems getting what we requested!!!! This year we planned a 2 day over night trip to Zion. Since we were bringing luggage we requested sissybars to strap our luggage to. We also always want a windshield (previous years never got one even though we requested). My girlfriend and I rented Indian Chieftains and my husband and another friend rented streetglides. BIG disconnect from corporate rental reservations and local Vegas rental folks. Corp says all touring bikes have sissybars but if not you can get what ever you request. We even called multiple times before we picked up bikes and were REASSURED all bikes were ready like we requested! We were guaranteed by corporate to get all bikes with sissybars. Vegas rental desk desk only commits to well see whats available. We arrived at 1 PM and after a long check in 2 bikes did NOT have sissybars. The HD was easy to fix (but still took time) but Indian Chieftain they could not fit sissybar onto bike. It took 2 1/2 hours to fix since they had to remove all bushings and take parts from other bikes! By 3:45 we were finally ready to leave. Also they charged us for 4 days . Thurs - Sun. Check out even at 1PM on a Thurs to 1PM on Sunday is only 3 days. But we spent so much time there we were extremely aggravated since we reserved bikes over a month before. This has happened everytime we rent. Bad communication at Vegas site for bike prep. Getting tired of such non customer service oriented treatment.

Have visited Las Vegas many times but have never taken the time to rent a bike for a ride. This trip my wife and I decided to ride up to the dam, out along Lake Mead to the Valley of Fire and back down to Vegas. I reserved online three weeks before arriving and on the day of the rental got over to the shop just after their opening. We were treated very well both by the people doing the paperwork inside as well as Bruce, our pre-trip bike inspection guy. Bruce was very excited for us and that we had the luck to recieve a Street Glide with only 800 miles on it. He was great to deal with and when he found out my wife forgot her riding gloves, ran over to his personal bike and brought back a pair for her to borrow. We had great weather and a great day and lucked out again when Bruce was still there when we returned, he had a big smile on his face to see the new bike return with no damage and that we had a great day, he was literally as excited for us as we were for our experience. Thanks to all the staff at Las Vegas Eagle Riders we had an exceptional day, and the shuttle ride back to the Venetian was enjoyable as well as we hadnt expected them to offer that to us!! Good service is hard to find these days and to have the staff at Eagle Riders to be as excited for us and express that to us was a welcome experience that made us brag to our friends how great it was at our meetings later that week. Thanks again everyone there at Las Vegas Eagle Riders, you made our trip and we will be back to rent again!!

My wife and I did the guided Wild West 2 ride from June 12th. Four stars under protest. Three out of three for our brilliant tour guides, Don and Ralf. I cant speak highly enough of these guys. The actual ride and organisation surrounding the ride was first class and comes highly recommended. We also met and befriended some amazing people. We would definitely do it again. Its what happened before and after which lets everything down. That gets one star out of two. You get the one simply because we eventually had somewhere to stay either end of the ride. And payment was actually finalised .... 5 hours before we left home for the Airport. We sent emails asking for payment to be deducted for a week prior to our departure. We never receive a response of any description to these emails until 8.18 am on June 10th. We booked the tour February 5th. Any debate over the dates guys, I have the emails. We booked an extra night in Las Vegas and two extra nights in Los Angeles. These where not reserved for us. We spent an hour and a half in the lobby of the Luxor while the girl at the front desk sorted out a room for us, after 30 hours of travel and sitting around Airports We are told at the Marriot at the completion of the ride that we were not booked in beyond the one night involving the tour. Thanks to Greg at reception for sorting that out. Though, we were told we didnt qualify for the breakfast coupons we paid for and were told we would receive for the additional nights.

The initial reservation process via the website is easy to understand and manuever. The pre-check in feature is another added plus. EagleRider provided a shuttle ride from our hotel in Las Vegas to the offices, but it took about an hour longer than stated. On the plus side, the driver apologized profusely and explained that hed had some problems getting an earlier large party transported together. He was super nice about it, and we werent in that much of a hurry. No harm done. The counter girl that had me sign the paperwork was kind of snotty, like shed have rather been almost anywhere else. She did extend our return time to compensate for the late shuttle pickup. We were provided our cycle as described, a very clean looking 2012 Ultra Classic, by a super nice tech. He gave me the ins and outs of all the controls very clearly. The guy is a rider himself and gave us some insight to the areas we planned to ride. Our two days spent riding around southern Nevada were nothing short of spectacular. However, the bike quickly showed itself to be very tired for the 22k showing. Lots of valve train noise in the motor. Had some overheat problems in heavy traffic on the Strip, mild pinging, etc even though it was in the 60s. Hey, its a rental, right? Opening the vents in the lowers helped. Our return was quick and easy, with a shuttle ride back. Overall, I give it four out of five due to the minor issues above. I would definitely rent from them again.

First experience 1/26 Waited an hour to get a bike (single bike, reserved in advance, no problems with reservation or bike, just nobody available to give me the bike), got a lot of explanations and "sorry for that". Second experience 3/4 Waited 2 hours to get through front desk line and get the bike (single bike, reservation made). That sucks, because they open at 9am so I wasted pretty much whole morning there. When returning the bike, I waited "just" 1 hour to wait through the chaos of bunch of people returning bikes and staff being busy. During the last step when I was getting receipt, I overheard conversation when guy complained he waited just one hour to get his bike and wanted to cancel the reservation. Staff offered him longer rental period and t-shirt when they come back. I said to the staff I had to wait 2 hours yesterday and they just again "sorry for that" me. It is not a coincidence or isolated issue. They knew they are understaffed in January and did not do anything about it more than month later. I will use the rest of my credits and cancel the membership, given the experience, lack of promised adventure bikes, this is a very sad example of how not to do a business in 21st century. They know how many people are coming and when (reservations made) and they have big enough space to create some sort of a system to organize people for check-ins and outs, yet they do nothing. People pre-paid so who cares, right?
