Hello ladies and gentlemen, Purchasing my first bike here was a “seemingly” great experience. The sales members were great, the customer service was great, and of course the bikes were great. They easily were able to set me up with fair financing and get me into the Harley Academy for classes. The Harley Academy here was also an amazing process. The academy was a four day course teaching even a brand-new rider like myself the fundamentals that would allow a new rider, like myself, to be a successful and safe in this city. The reason I say "seemingly" great is due to the rest of the experience. When my bike was delivered it was on its side in the back of the trailer. You would think due to this I would get a new bike and they would take the loss on funds due to the drop upon themselves, but they forced me to believe the best route was just fixing it. Now I am paying full price for a refurbished bike that has been dropped instead of a new bike. On top of that they failed to consider the battery life of the bike after being repaired during the work throughout the three to four week process. The bike was delivered after the work was complete with a dead battery. Although the people who work at this shop are great people, it seems they’ve forgotten how to dot their i’s and cross their t’s. This lack of attention to detail has branded my opinion of this locations, so if you are looking to buy a Harley I highly suggest allowing the sales team to help orientate you into the correct direction. Maybe even allow them to get you some estimates on your ideal bike, and then go find a new location to purchase it. Harley Davidson is an American company that has been around since 1903, built from the ground up and known across the world. Allowing someone, who wants to get involved in the rich history that Harley Davidson has to offer, to go through such a harsh and painfully depressing experience is completely unheard of and unprofessional. I am sorry to say this is a disgrace to the Harley Davidson Legacy we all know and love, but this is my experience and story for you to take in.

My wife took the Riding Academy course here and loved it. She was extremely nervous going in having never ridden her own bike before but came out with huge confidence and the want to get her own bike as quickly as possible. We went in right before closing on a Friday night and Tony showed us quite a few bikes (even though they were already put away for the night) and was very helpful in making her feel comfortable about the selection of her first bike. We came back a few days later and got the deal finished up. They even refunded the cost of the Riding Academy course since she bought a bike. We will continue to be frequent customers for any of our bike needs because everyone is so friendly and helpful every time we go in. Theres none of the macho tough guy attitude that you get at some dealerships. Thanks again Tony and everyone else at Henderson HD

However because I talk to some more than others the experience is always great. Robert Donley, Joe Murphy, and Monalisa Donley are the reason I come back. Joe Murphy & Robert Donley are stand up guys. This store has a family feel to it. However sometime you dont know what you will get out of the service department were they work on your bike. There have been good and bad times. Over all the store is great.”

I walked into the dealership for an oil change and had never had to do any bike maintenance on my own. Robert was so awesome, answered my 20+ questions, gave me advise, walked me around my bike to show me what he was talking about and made me feel both important and understood. Taking the time to explain every detail helped me feel confident and comfortable with my maintenance plan. I am one very satisfied customer and will have all of my maintenance done at your shop because of Robert. Also, while I was waiting, many of the other employees spoke to me and at least said hello. I felt so comfortable while I waited. THANK YOU to Robert and the staff at Henderson Harley!

We bought our recent motorcycle there after I attended the Riders Edge Womens Riding Course. This place is awesome! Everyone is super nice. Larry is the best instructor for learning to ride, especially great with women. I would highly recommend that any woman interested in riding, take a class with him. He is just the best. Cant say enough nice things about him and the Riders Edge course. We purchased our bike from Broadway Joe. Awesome guy and a wonderful sales man. Did not pressure us into buying, answered a million questions, and was just a very pleasant guy. We will definitely be giving our business to this dealership. Love them!!!!

Of all the Harley dealerships Ive been to, this has been the worst. Horrible communication and customer service! They take ZERO ownership and accountability for their work, and services rendered. I had to make 4 trips there just to get the right parts, each time the employees blaming someone else, and I still didnt get the correct work performed so I took it to another shop. Afterwards they continue to spam your email and send automated sales calls. AVOID THIS PLACE! There are plenty of independent local shops that would gladly bend over backwards for your business, full of honest hard working people. Unlike this place.

Unfortunately had a bad experience there. Wont ever go back. Almost purchased a bike with them till salesman chewed my ass out for assuming that I was shopping him after I told him I test rode a bike at another harley location to meet a need that his establishment couldnt help me solve. I ended up talking to general manager and owner about entire incident. They sympathized with my frustration and apologize for their salesmans lack of professionalism, however damage was done and I was completely put off with doing any business with thier establishment from that point on.

Ive been a customer here since I bought my 04 Heritage Softail here ten years ago. During this time I have put over 120,000 miles on my bike and have had all my maintenance and repairs done here. From day one they have made me feel like their number one customer, sales, financing, parts and service have always gone out of their way to make my HD experience the best possible. They go the extra mile for their customers, weekly bbqs, frequent seminars and special events, and sponsoring the local HOG chapter. I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else!!

Rob Muir is a singularly Fantastic Wrench, youre lucky to have him. I literally think there is nothing he doesnt know, when it comes to Harleys. All the parts guys always know their business too, and get me what I need. Its right the 1st time, every time. Broadway Joe is always an great conversation, and takes time to chat, even thought he knows Im not buying a bike today. My wife loves Diane, and usually gets a blingy something when we are in. Never had a bad experience at HHD. I cant say the same for other dealers Ive been to.
